基于校企合作的高职院校校本课程开发研究

【摘要】:高职教育是以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向的,是有效稳定社会、创造和谐社会的途径之一,也是促进社会经济发展的重要途径之一。目前高职学校课程设置不太合理,既不能充分发挥学生自身的优势,也不能体现学校办学的特色,同时也与企业的要求有一些距离,造成了企业、学校、学生三方都不能充分发挥自己的特点和优势。正式因为这样,高职院校和企业共同进行校本课程开发才显得尤为重要,它不但进一步的促进社会经济发展、稳定了社会,优化了社会环境,也对高职教育的发展和改革起到了促进的作用。 本文对于校企合作下高职院校的校本课程开发的相关问题进行了深入的探讨和分析,本文共分为五章,第一章,为引言,提出了目前校企合作及高职院校校本课程开发的研究背景和问题。第二章,对几所高职院校校本课程进行了调查和研究,了解目前校本课程开发的高职院校研究的现状,对于高职院校进行校本课程开发的优劣分析原因和给出意见。第三章,对于校本课程开发地探索研究,分别为校企合作校本课程观的确定、校本课程开发的程序、校本课程组织实施、校本课程评价这四个方面地探索研究。第四章,要想使得校企合作进行校本课程开发长期有效地合作下去,必须建立完善的保障和激励机制,从高职教师激励机制、有效的校企合作双赢机制、完善可靠的科学评价管理机制这三个方面做出了阐述。第五章为结论。 本文认为在进行校本课程改革过程中,让高职院校的教师在课程决策的专业自主,唤醒教师课程的意识,必将成为一种不可阻挡的改革的趋势;高职院校的校本课程开发已经成为院校校长、教师和社会关注的焦点,大家都有赋予课程领导的重任。在院校的课程领导的发展过程中校本课程地课程设计、课程实施、课程决策、课程评价等环节起到了关键的作用。它可以采取教育者发展为标准,协调外部环境的影响教育内部的各项活动,以提高质量地实施过程中,最大限度地提高受教育者可持续的发展。 校企双方进行校本课程开发必须建立完善的保障和激励机制,即完善的教师激励机制、有效的校企合作双赢机制和科学的评价管理机制等,,对于校企双方能够长期有效的持续合作下去提供了强有力支持和保障。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education is based on service and employment. It is one of the effective ways to stabilize the society and create a harmonious society. It is also one of the important ways to promote the development of social economy. They can neither give full play to the students' own advantages, nor can they reflect the characteristics of running a school. At the same time, they also have some distance from the requirements of the enterprise, resulting in enterprises and schools. Students can't give full play to their own characteristics and advantages. Because of this, it is particularly important for higher vocational colleges and enterprises to jointly develop school-based curriculum. It not only further promotes social and economic development, but also stabilizes society. Optimization of the social environment, but also to the development and reform of higher vocational education has played a role in promoting. This article has carried on the thorough discussion and the analysis to the school-based curriculum development under the cooperation of the university and the enterprise, this article altogether divides into five chapters, the first chapter, as the introduction, The research background and problems of school-enterprise cooperation and school-based curriculum development in higher vocational colleges are put forward. Chapter two makes an investigation and research on school-based curriculum in several vocational colleges, and finds out the present situation of the research in higher vocational colleges. In chapter three, the exploration and research of school-based curriculum development are made for the determination of school-enterprise cooperative school-based curriculum concept, the process of school-based curriculum development, and the process of school-based curriculum development, respectively, for the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of school-based curriculum development in higher vocational colleges and universities. The implementation of school-based curriculum organization and the evaluation of school-based curriculum are four aspects of exploration and research. Chapter 4th. In order to make school-enterprise cooperation in School-based curriculum development for a long and effective period of time, we must establish a sound guarantee and incentive mechanism. This paper expounds from three aspects: the incentive mechanism for teachers in higher vocational education, the effective win-win mechanism for cooperation between schools and enterprises, and the improvement of scientific evaluation and management mechanism. Chapter 5th is the conclusion. In the course of school-based curriculum reform, it is believed that it will become an irresistible trend for teachers in higher vocational colleges to have their own professional autonomy in curriculum decision-making and awaken teachers' awareness of curriculum. School-based curriculum development in higher vocational colleges has become the focus of school presidents, teachers and society, and everyone has the responsibility of curriculum leadership. In the course of the development of curriculum leadership in colleges and universities, school-based curriculum design, curriculum implementation, Curriculum decision-making, curriculum evaluation and other links play a key role. It can take the development of educators as the standard, coordinate the activities of the external environment that affect the education, in order to improve the quality of the implementation of the process, To maximize the sustainable development of educatees. In the course of school-based curriculum development, we must establish perfect guarantee and incentive mechanism, that is, perfect incentive mechanism for teachers, effective win-win mechanism for cooperation between schools and enterprises, and scientific evaluation and management mechanism, etc. It provides strong support and guarantee for the long-term and effective cooperation between schools and enterprises.
