苏派高职学校文化建设之审视——基于内涵、价值与路径的分析

【摘要】：苏派高职学校文化是江苏区域内近百所高职学校文化的简称,是植根于江苏地区的近百所高职院校在长期发展过程中积淀和创造出来的学校文化的总和,是具有江苏特色、高职特征、大学品质的中国高等职业教育学校文化的"江苏样本"。在追溯苏派教育、苏派职教、苏派高职教育的发展并梳理苏派地域文化与学校文化关系的基础上,进一步厘清苏派高职学校文化的具体内涵,从育人、传承、营造三个方面进行价值定位,并从加强学校物质文化的标识表达、强化学校精神文化价值的引领、注重专业文化的品牌塑造、促进学校课程文化的传承与传播、提升学校活动文化的品味和层次等方面提出了建设与打造苏派高职学校文化的具体路径。
[Abstract]:The school culture of the Soviet School is the abbreviation of the culture of nearly 100 higher vocational schools in the Jiangsu region. It is the sum total of the school culture accumulated and created by the nearly 100 higher vocational colleges rooted in the Jiangsu region in the long-term development process, and it has the characteristics of Jiangsu. On the basis of tracing the development of the education of the Soviet school, the vocational education of the Soviet school and the higher vocational education of the Soviet school, and combing the relationship between the regional culture of the Soviet school and the school culture, the characteristics of higher vocational education and the university quality of China's higher vocational education are listed as "Jiangsu sample". Further clarify the specific connotation of the higher vocational school culture of the Soviet school, carry on the value orientation from three aspects of educating, inheriting and constructing, and strengthen the sign expression of the school material culture, strengthen the guidance of the spiritual culture value of the school. Focusing on the brand shaping of professional culture, promoting the inheritance and dissemination of school curriculum culture, and promoting the taste and level of school activity culture, this paper puts forward the specific path of building and building the school culture of Soviet higher vocational school.
