“美丽大变身”:女职教育培养高素质职业女性

【摘要】：重庆市女子职业高级中学探索以女性教育、艺术教育、全程职业生涯教育为主的办学特色。学校以"传承文明,增彩女性"为办学理念,以"育中华之优秀女儿"为育人目标,立足女性未来职业发展所需具备的核心素养和职业核心能力,形成了具有女性元素的"岗位主导,五段四双"特色课程体系;通过全程规划职业生涯、与传统文化教育结合、以艺施教,培养"知雅行雅"、德艺双馨的现代新女性。
[Abstract]:Chongqing Women's Vocational High School explores the characteristics of running a school with female education, art education and full career education as the main features. The school takes "inheriting civilization, increasing color women" as its school philosophy and "educating the excellent daughter of China" as its educational goal. Based on the core accomplishment and core competence that women need to have in future career development, they have formed the characteristic curriculum system of "position leading, five paragraphs and four pairs" with female elements, and combined with traditional culture and education through the whole course of career planning. Teach with art, train "know elegant and act elegant", the modern new female of virtue and art double-exuberant.
