职业教育培训与劳动力市场的有效适配——基于江苏太仓职业教育案例的分析

【摘要】：职业教育培训的产出供给与劳动力市场需求的有效适配是实现人力资本促就业、促增长和促公平功能的关键。校企合作、产教融合是促进二者有效适配的关键,而FDI的人力资本流动与培训效应是实现校企合作的中间变量。江苏太仓正是抓住了这一关键,使职业教育培训直接对接劳动力需求和市场需求,创新发展德国的"双元制",切实将校企合作、产教融合落到实处,成为国内职教发展的鲜见范例。因此,要促成教育培训与劳动力市场的有效适配,最重要的是在职业教育培训发展中找到校企合作的契合点和缔约方式。发挥FDI的外溢效应,使之成为学校与企业的利益联结点,是"太仓模式"给我们的重要启示。
[Abstract]:The effective adaptation of the output supply of vocational education and training to the demand of labor market is the key to realize the function of human capital promoting employment, promoting growth and promoting equity. The effect of human capital flow and training of FDI is the intermediate variable to realize the cooperation between schools and enterprises. Taicang, Jiangsu Province, has grasped this key point and made vocational education and training directly connect with labor demand and market demand. By innovating and developing Germany's "dual system" and effectively implementing the cooperation between schools and enterprises and the integration of industry and education, it has become a rare example for the development of vocational education in China. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the effective adaptation of education and training to the labour market. The most important thing is to find the joint point and contracting way of the cooperation between school and enterprise in the development of vocational education and training. It is the important enlightenment of Taicang mode to bring into play the spillover effect of FDI and make it a joint point of interest between school and enterprise.
