职业教育产教融合的逻辑起点与应然之态

【摘要】：产教融合是职业教育的本质要求,是现代职业教育发展的重要方向,是构建现代职业教育体系的关键,是建设中国特色、世界水平现代职业教育的核心。以职业教育三个本质属性即职业性、技术性和终身性为逻辑起点,系统阐述职业教育产教融合的应然之态,厘清产教融合的内涵,界定产教融合的概念,指出职业教育在院校布局、专业设置、人才培养目标确定过程中专业结构要与产业结构对接,在培养学生职业能力过程中教育资源要素与产业资源要素融合,社会培训与技术服务是提升产业劳动力素质的重要举措,同时提出制定"教育职业标准"的必要性。
[Abstract]:The integration of industry and education is the essential requirement of vocational education, the important direction of the development of modern vocational education, the key to the construction of modern vocational education system and the construction of Chinese characteristics. The core of modern vocational education at the world level. Taking the three essential attributes of vocational education, namely, professional, technical and life-long, as the logical starting point, this paper systematically expounds the necessary state of the integration of industry and education in vocational education, and clarifies the connotation of integration of industry and education. Defining the concept of the integration of industry and education, pointing out that the professional structure of vocational education should be connected with the industrial structure in the course of the layout of colleges and universities, the setting of specialty, and the determination of the goal of talent training. In the process of cultivating students' vocational ability, the integration of educational resource elements and industrial resource elements, social training and technical services are important measures to improve the quality of industrial labor force. At the same time, the necessity of formulating "educational professional standards" is put forward.
