高职院校和谐师生关系的构建策略研究

【摘要】:师生关系是一种极为重要的人际关系,在人所处的各种社会关系中占有重要地位,而高职院校的师生关系是当代师生关系的重要组成部分。高职院校里师生关系是否和谐,不仅关系着学生的学习效率和身心发展,更关系着学校的教学质量和竞争能力。同时,高职院校作为为社会培养高素质专业化职业技能人才的高等学府,,承担着为社会输出高质量技能人才的重要责任,在人才就是生产力的当今社会,研究如何构建高职院校和谐师生关系显得十分必要。 全文主体分为四部分。 第一部分,高职院校和谐师生关系的概念和特点。这一部分界定了师生关系、高职院校和谐师生关系等文中多次出现的概念,归纳总结出高职院校和谐生关系的具体特点。所谓高职院校和谐师生关系即在高职院校里,教师与学生之间建立起协调和睦的师生人际关系。高职院校和谐师生关系是一种人格上平等、学习上相互促进的亲密无间的朋友式关系。其特点为以教授知识为基础,更注重技能传授;学生实训课程占较大比例,师生交流机会较多;相对于本科院校的教学模式,职业院校更需要教师言传身教等三方面特点。这部分为后文的展开讨论做好了必要的铺垫。 第二部分,构建高职院校和谐师生关系的重要意义。本部分深入探讨了构建高职院校和谐师生关系的重要意义,即在满足学生成长需要方面,有助于满足学生对知识技能的学习和健康成长的需要;在满足学校建设需要方面,有助于满足提高教学质量、加强对学生管理、提升学校综合竞争力的需要;在满足社会发展需要方面,有利于满足传承中华民族的优秀传统文化精髓、为社会培养高技能高素质的专业化人才、改善社会中日渐冷漠的人际关系、促进社会主义和谐社会的全面建设的需要。这部分为后文详细讨论奠定了理论基础。 第三部分,高职院校师生关系存在的问题和原因分析。当前社会背景下,高职院校师生关系普遍存在着师生间缺乏学术及感情交流、交流内容单一且方式落后、交往趋向功利化、存在多元矛盾等问题。针对这些问题,本文分析归纳了产生这些问题的成因,即学生整体素质较低、教师水平和能力有待提高、学校德育工作有待加强、教育体制存在缺陷、社会环境造成不良影响等五方面因素,为后文展开一系列讨论指明了方向。 第四部分,高职院校和谐师生关系的构建策略。首先,提出了高职院校和谐师生关系的构建目标,是要构建学术和谐型、情感和谐型以及教学相长型的和谐师生关系。其次,列举了高职院校和谐师生关系的构建原则,即民主平等、尊重理解、互助合作的三大原则。最后,讨论了高职院校构建和谐师生关系的具体途径,途经分为四点:第一,针对高职院校学生特点,加强对学生的思想教育,具体分为以科学的评价制度修正学生思想教育方式、以民主平等的校园氛围提高学生道德修养、以丰富的校园活动促进学生思想发展等三个手段;第二,利用高职院校自身资源,丰富师生的沟通方式,具体分为开通师生间的文字交流、开通网络交流平台、开通手机即时交流平台等三个手段;第三,发挥高职院校自身优势,优化现有教学实训体制;第四,根据高职院校自身特点,学校提供政策支持。根据以上四点途径,为高职院校如何构建和谐师生关系提供了行之有效的实践策略。
[Abstract]:The relationship between teachers and students is a very important relationship, occupies an important position in the various social relations, and the relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges is an important part of the relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges. The teacher-student relationship is harmonious, not only affects the efficiency of student learning and physical and mental development, but also affect the school the teaching quality and competitive ability. At the same time, the higher vocational colleges as the cultivation of high-quality professional talents of higher education occupation for the society, the important responsibility of output high quality talents for society, in today's society of talent is the production capacity, study how to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges is very necessary.
The main body of the full text is divided into four parts.
The first part, the concept and characteristics of harmonious relationship in vocational colleges. This part defines the concept of teacher-student relationship, the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in Higher Vocational Colleges appeared several times in the paper, summed up the specific characteristics of higher vocational college students harmonious relations. The so-called harmonious teacher-student relationship in Higher Vocational Colleges in higher vocational colleges, between teachers and students to set up teachers and students interpersonal relationship harmony. The harmonious relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges is a kind of personality equality, mutual learning on the intimate friend relationship. The second part, the significance of constructing a harmonious relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges. The third part, analysis of existing problems and reasons of the relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges. The current social background, the relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges generally lack of academic and emotional communication between teachers and students, communication content and communication single way backward, utilitarian, there are multiple problems. To solve these problems, this thesis analyzes and summarizes the causes of these problems that is, the lower the overall quality of students, teachers and the ability to be improved, the school moral education work should be strengthened and the defects of the education system and social environment caused by the adverse effects of five factors, then launched a series of discussion of the direction.
The fourth part strategy to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges. Firstly, put forward the goal of building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges, is to build a harmonious academic, emotional harmony and the harmonious relationship between teachers and students Teaching benefits teachers as well as students.. Secondly, lists the principles of constructing harmonious relationship between college students in higher vocational colleges, namely, democracy and equality, respect and understanding.
