基于KOMET测评技术的高职学生职业能力测评研究

【摘要】:近年来,由于社会各界的广泛关注,我国职业教育获得了长足发展,在体系、办学、体制、机制等各方面都有了明确定位和相应改革,逐步形成了政府主导、依靠企业、各行业充分发挥作用、社会力量积极参与的发展格局。伴随着职业教育的迅速发展,它在人们心目中的地位也逐渐与普通教育持平,那种“学而优则仕”的传统观念在人们心目中逐渐淡化,取而代之的是“技术才是硬道理”的思想。 然而,我国已步入新知识经济时代,企业在选用人才上对应聘者的职业能力提出了新要求,把目光从单方面的职业技术能力转向了综合职业能力。面对这些新要求与变化,高职院校有必要紧跟时代步伐,重新审视学生职业能力的内涵,全面了解学生职业能力培养的现状和存在的问题,选择行之有效的方法进行教学改革,以便提高人才培养质量;选择合适的测评技术对高职学生的职业能力进行测量和评定,以适应时代发展的需要,量体裁衣,为企业培养出合格的技术应用型人才。本研究试图基于KOMET测评技术,编制适用于高职学生的职业能力测评问卷,并选取高职院校19个大类专业中的机械制造与自动化专业的大二学生作为被研究对象,在此基础上进行了职业能力测评的实证研究,旨在评估这些学生所达到的能力级别以及职业能力水平的基本状况,以便为学生正确定位、教师教学、院校改革等提供参考依据。 本文由五部分组成。首先,大体介绍了本文的研究背景、意义、已有研究现状和研究思路与方法,并对与本研究相关的概念做了界定;其次,从高职学生职业能力的内涵、测评内容、儿种通用的测评方法等方面着手,对高职学生职业能力测评进行了相关分析、介绍;第三,从KOMET的开发背景及测评目的、KOMET能力模型的建构、.KOMET测评方案的设计等方面具体介绍了KOMET测评技术;第四,以湖南机电职业技术学院为个案,拟选择该校机械制造与自动化专业的学生为研究对象,具体研究KOMET测评技术在高职学生职业能力测评中的实施;最后,简要总结了本文内容,并对下一步的深入研究提出了思考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the widespread concern of all walks of life, vocational education in our country has made great progress, and has a clear orientation and corresponding reform in the system, school running, system, mechanism and so on, gradually forming the government leading, relying on enterprises, etc. With the rapid development of vocational education, its status in people's minds is gradually equal to that of general education. The traditional idea of "learning is superior" is gradually diluted in people's minds and replaced by the idea that "technology is the ultimate principle". However, our country has entered the new era of knowledge economy, enterprises have put forward new requirements on the job candidates' professional ability in the selection of talents, and turned their eyes from unilateral vocational and technical ability to comprehensive professional ability. Faced with these new requirements and changes, It is necessary for higher vocational colleges to closely follow the pace of the times, re-examine the connotation of students' professional ability, fully understand the current situation and existing problems of students' vocational ability cultivation, and choose effective methods to carry out teaching reform in order to improve the quality of personnel training. In order to meet the needs of the development of the times, the appropriate evaluation technology is chosen to measure and evaluate the vocational ability of higher vocational students, so as to train qualified technical and applied talents for the enterprises. This study is based on the KOMET evaluation technology. The questionnaire of vocational ability evaluation for higher vocational students is compiled, and the sophomores majoring in mechanical manufacturing and automation in 19 major in higher vocational colleges are selected as the object of study. On this basis, an empirical study on the evaluation of professional competence is carried out. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the ability level and the basic status of the vocational ability of these students so as to provide reference for the correct orientation of the students, the teaching of teachers and the reform of colleges and universities. This paper is composed of five parts. Firstly, it introduces the research background, significance, existing research status, research ideas and methods, and defines the concepts related to this study. Secondly, from the connotation of vocational ability of vocational students, From the aspects of the content of the evaluation and the general evaluation methods of children, this paper analyzes and introduces the vocational ability evaluation of higher vocational students. Third, From the background of KOMET development and the purpose of evaluation, this paper introduces the KOMET evaluation technology in detail from the aspects of the construction of Komet capability model and the design of evaluation scheme, 4th, taking Hunan Electromechanical Vocational and Technical College as a case study. This paper intends to select the students majoring in mechanical manufacturing and automation in this school as the research object to study the implementation of KOMET evaluation technology in the vocational ability evaluation of higher vocational students. Finally, the paper summarizes briefly the content of this paper. And put forward some thoughts on the further research.
