以“专转本”现象反观专业认同教育

【摘要】:当前高职院校学生在报考"专转本"时,尽管报考率和升学率逐年上升,但对口升学率低。产生这种情况的原因主要有学生入学前对专业了解不足、缺乏专业兴趣、专业学习与实习困难等问题。因此,加强对学生的专业认同教育,实施"专业辅导员"制度,寻求最佳的校企合作,提高高职院校学生的专业认同度。
[Abstract]:At present, when students in higher vocational colleges apply for "specialized transfer", although the enrollment rate and the promotion rate are increasing year by year, the corresponding rate of promotion is low. The main reasons for this situation are the students' lack of understanding of their major and lack of interest in their major before they enter the school. Therefore, we should strengthen the education of students' professional identity, implement the system of "professional counselors", seek the best cooperation between schools and enterprises, and improve the degree of professional identity of students in higher vocational colleges.
