公私伙伴关系:高等职业教育市场化推动下校企合作机制创新模式

【摘要】:高职教育市场化内涵与高等教育市场化基本一致,但其行动表现却具有特殊性,即以"校企合作、协同育人"为核心。当前校企合作机制仍面临中央集权式管理倾向、利益相关主体参与积极性低两大困境。这些内外部动因催化了校企合作办学机制创新进程,而公私伙伴关系成为探索革新校企合作机制的积极尝试。观念转变,坚持有效性、效率、公平和受益人、可持续发展原则,形成"识别定位、协调管理、评估反馈、变革转型"的跨界机制成为引入公私伙伴关系推动校企合作机制创新的三大策略。
[Abstract]:The connotation of marketization of higher vocational education is basically consistent with the marketization of higher education, but its action has its particularity, that is to say, the cooperation mechanism of school and enterprise is still facing the tendency of centralized management. These internal and external motives catalyze the innovation process of the school-enterprise cooperative school-running mechanism, and the public-private partnership has become an active attempt to explore and innovate the school-enterprise cooperative mechanism. Efficiency, equity and beneficiary, sustainable development principle, forming the cross-border mechanism of "identifying orientation, coordinating management, evaluating feedback, reforming and transforming" has become the three major strategies of introducing public-private partnership to promote the innovation of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism.
