广东高职教育产教融合现状及影响因素分析

【摘要】：广东产业转型升级背景下,产教融合成为高职教育发展的必由之路。对广东省79所高职院校产教融合现状进行调研发现,高职院校所在区位、办学水平和办学性质对产教融合有显著影响。需要发挥政府的引导协调作用、加大产教融合落后院校的经费投入、树立产教融合的教育理念、打造产教融合资源共享的平台、借鉴产教融合特色突出的院校,主动适应产业经济发展。
[Abstract]:Under the background of Guangdong's industrial transformation and upgrading, the integration of industry and education has become the only way for the development of higher vocational education. The level and nature of running a school have a significant impact on the integration of industry and education. It is necessary to give full play to the role of the government in guiding and coordinating, to increase the funding input of backward colleges and universities, to establish the educational concept of integration of industry and education, and to create a platform for the sharing of resources between industry and education. Draw lessons from the industry and education integration features of the outstanding colleges and universities, actively adapt to industrial economic development.
