中职通识教育质量的影响因素分析——基于106所中职学校数据的实证研究

【摘要】:利用东部A省和西部B省106所中职学校(40所民办,66所公办)学生IRT数学成绩和学生、教师及学校的调查数据,运用多层线性模型(HLM)对民办和公办中职学校通识教育质量进行生产函数分析。研究发现,公办和民办学校不同投入要素对产出的影响不同,公办学校在提高生源质量和教师学历方面投入更为有效,而民办学校对教师经验和班级规模的反应更为敏感。
[Abstract]:Using the IRT mathematics scores and the survey data of students, teachers and schools of 106 secondary vocational schools in the eastern A province and B province in the west, 40 private vocational schools and 66 private vocational schools were used. The production function analysis of general education quality in private and public secondary vocational schools is carried out by using multi-layer linear model. The results show that different input elements of public and private schools have different effects on the output. Public schools are more effective in improving the quality of students and teachers' qualifications, while private schools are more sensitive to teachers' experience and class size.
