职校校长何以说研究者看到的只是“个别现象”——基于身份话语建构理论对一项研究回应的回应及反思

【摘要】:《当中职生说垃圾学校和渣渣老师时,是在说什么?》一文呈阅于涉事学校校长J后,他认为论文指陈的现象完全只是"个别现象",研究者"对职业学校的认识有些偏颇"。从身份话语建构理论来看,校长J至少是"(校政)内务管理者""实践行动者""资源调集者"这三重身份的"集丛体",其主观建构的"研究者"分别对应为"局外介入者""理论指导者""职教同盟军"。通过对校长身份话语转换的识别,其所言"个别现象"便不难得到"理解",且这种"理解"将有助于"对话性"研究伦理之生成。
[Abstract]:When secondary vocational students talk about garbage schools and scum teachers, what are they talking about? After reading the article by the principal of the school concerned, J., he thinks that Chen's phenomenon is only an "individual phenomenon", and that the researcher "has a biased understanding of the vocational school", which is viewed from the theory of identity discourse construction. Principal J is at least a "cluster" of the triple identity of "(school administration) housekeeper", "practical actor" and "resource mobilizer", whose subjective construction of "researcher" corresponds to "external interventionist", "theoretical guide" and "vocational education". The Allied Forces "... By identifying the principal's identity discourse transformation, "individual phenomenon" is not difficult to get "understanding", and this kind of "understanding" will contribute to the formation of "dialogue" research ethics.
