企业参与职业教育办学的长效机制构建——基于利益需求与利益协调的视角

【摘要】:探索职业教育与企业的联姻式发展,提升技术技能人才培养质量与规模,促进企业人力资本投资效率,是职业教育和企业双方面的利益诉求。企业参与职业教育办学,应正视多元办学主体的利益需求,根据职业教育办学困境的根由——校企双方的利益冲突,提出校企利益协调行为的理性关系框架,进而构建常态化的长效办学机制。企业参与职业教育办学的长效机制构建需要在国家战略、办学治理主体以及可操作化的育人活动与过程等三个层面进行逻辑设定,自上而下分别是国家顶层制度设计层面的立法逻辑、现代化治理实施层面的治理逻辑和职业能力培养层面的育人逻辑。
[Abstract]:Exploring the marriage development of vocational education and enterprise, improving the quality and scale of training technical skill talents and promoting the investment efficiency of enterprise human capital are the interests of both vocational education and enterprise. It is necessary to face up to the interests demand of the multiple main body of running a school, according to the root of the dilemma of running vocational education-the conflict of interest between the school and the enterprise, and to put forward the rational relation frame of the behavior of coordinating the interests of the school and the enterprise. To construct a regular long-term mechanism for running a school, enterprises participating in the construction of a long-term mechanism of running a vocational education need to be logically set up at the three levels of national strategy, the main body of school management and the operable activities and processes of educating people. From the top to the bottom are the legislative logic of the top-level system design of the country, the governance logic of the implementation level of modern governance and the education logic of the training of professional ability.
