湖南高职院校国防教育的现状分析及对策研究

【摘要】：21世纪以来,我国不断地优化高等教育结构,实现了高等教育的大众化,使高等职业教育健康、快速的发展,在此背景下湖南高职院校招生人数已占有湖南高等教育招生人数的一半以上。但是,与已进入科学化、规范化和制度化轨道的国外高校和国内本科院校国防教育的开展情况相比,湖南高职院校国防教育的开展无论在思想认识、课程开设、条件建设和教育效果等方面都落后于他们,特别是在素质教育开展、后备军官培训等方面都与国外高校和国内本科院校存在较大的差距。湖南高职院校国防教育落后于国外高校和国内本科院校国防教育的局面,不能不引起我们的高度关注。本论文依据当代中国国家安全的需要,基于湖南高职院校技术教育的性质、特点、培养目标、培养模式的特殊性,运用文献综述、经验总结、调查、对比、系统分析的方法,采取调查问卷的方式,结合湖南高职院校的国防教育开展现状,在认真调查分析湖南职业技术院校学生国防教育缺失的现象及原因基础上,提出了解决的几点对策。本文的主要创新点是从国防教育和高职思想政治课程体系的关系角度入手,提出军事理论课纳入高职院校思想政治课程体系、国防教育纳入高职教学机构管理、试点实施招收定向国防“士官生”工程等对策,以期实现湖南职业教育与国防教育的协同发展,构建湖南高职院校特色的国防教育教学体系,为湖南高等职业院校的国防教育教学改革和人民军队高技能素质人才培养提供新的思路和途径。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, our country has continuously optimized the structure of higher education, realized the popularization of higher education, and made the higher vocational education develop healthily and rapidly. In this context, the enrollment of Hunan higher vocational colleges has accounted for more than half of the enrollment in Hunan higher education. Compared with the development of national defense education in foreign universities and domestic undergraduate colleges with a standardized and institutionalized track, the development of national defense education in higher vocational colleges in Hunan, regardless of their ideological understanding and courses, They are lagging behind in the construction of conditions and the effect of education, especially in the development of quality education. There is a big gap between the training of reserve officers and that of foreign universities and domestic universities. The situation that Hunan higher vocational colleges' national defense education lags behind that of foreign universities and domestic undergraduate colleges cannot but arouse our high attention. According to the needs of contemporary China's national security, based on the nature, characteristics, training objectives and particularity of the training model of Hunan higher vocational colleges, this paper applies literature review, experience summary, investigation, comparison, systematic analysis methods. By means of questionnaire, combined with the present situation of national defense education in Hunan higher vocational colleges, this paper makes a serious investigation and analysis on the phenomenon and causes of the lack of national defense education among the students of Hunan vocational and technical colleges, and puts forward some countermeasures to solve it. The main innovation of this paper is from the angle of the relationship between the national defense education and the ideological and political curriculum system of higher vocational education, and puts forward that the military theory course is brought into the ideological and political curriculum system of higher vocational colleges, and the national defense education is brought into the management of higher vocational teaching institutions. In order to realize the coordinated development of Hunan vocational education and national defense education, and to construct the characteristic national defense education teaching system of Hunan higher vocational colleges, It provides new ideas and approaches for the reform of national defense education in Hunan higher vocational colleges and the cultivation of high skill talents in the people's army.
