高职教育供给侧结构性改革的四维透视:逻辑、内涵、路径及保障

【摘要】：高职教育供给侧结构性改革是经济转型发展、产业结构调整升级"新常态"的迫切需要和逻辑必然。推进高职教育供给侧结构性改革必须要把握质量、效率和创新三个核心内涵,主动对接经济转型发展新常态、积极承接产业结构调整升级新使命、构建高职教育供给结构新生态,从供给侧入手,针对当前高职教育结构性、体制性、制度性等痼疾,加强政策制度供给,变革管理体制机制,完善现代学校制度,激发高职教育创新发展活力动力,为满足经济社会发展需求、个体个性发展需求提供高质量、高效率的精准供给。
[Abstract]:The supply-side structural reform of higher vocational education is an urgent need and logic necessity for the development of economic transformation and upgrading of industrial structure adjustment and upgrading, and the quality must be grasped to push forward the structural reform on the supply-side side of higher vocational education. Three core connotations of efficiency and innovation, actively connecting with the new normal of economic transformation and development, actively undertaking the new mission of industrial structure adjustment and upgrading, constructing a new ecology of higher vocational education supply structure, starting from the supply side, aiming at the current higher vocational education structure, In order to meet the needs of economic and social development, we should strengthen the supply of policy and system, reform the management system, perfect the modern school system, stimulate the dynamic driving force of innovation and development of higher vocational education. Individual personality development needs to provide high quality, high-efficiency accurate supply.
