中职学校工学结合人才培养模式实践研究

【摘要】:随着我国中职教育的快速发展,中职教育质量引起社会各界的广泛关注。推行工学结合人才培养模式,提升中职教育质量,是全面贯彻国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要的具体行动,对促进我国中职教育实现可持续发展具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。 本研究分析了德国、英国、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚等5国实施工学结合人才培养模式的具体状况,总结了我国工学结合人才培养模式研究与实践的现状,清晰了中职学校实施工学结合人才培育模式存在的具体问题和努力方向。采用实证研究法,对河北省唐山市部分中职学校实施工学结合人才培养模式的实践状况进行了分析,系统总结出引企入校、入企办学、产教结合、订单培养、顶岗实习、工学交替、项目驱动、“2+1”等8种推行工学结合人才培养模式的实践模式,以及确立人才培养目标、精心制定培养方案、重构课程实施体系、科学安排工学时间、推进教育教学改革、打造优势教学团队、强化实训基地效能、广泛推进校企合作、改进学生德育方式等9个关键步骤。 基于唐山市部分中职学校推行工学结合人才培养模式的实践状况,本研究认为,实施工学结合人才培养模式,可有效地提高中职教育质量,促进企业的发展和学生就业。本研究发现,目前中职学校实施工学结合人才培养模式也存在一些具体问题,,主要体现在工学结合法律制度不尽完善、企业参与工学结合的积极性不高、学校推行工学结合模式经验不足、相关配套改革措施亟待完善、学生适应工学结合能力亟待提高等5个方面。在此基础上,针对目前工学结合人才模式实践工作中所遇到的问题,提出了优化工学结合实践模式遵循的原则和主要内容,并从政府、企业和学校3个视角,提出了实施工学结合实践模式的具体措施,供有关方面及中职学校实施工学结合人才培养模式借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of secondary vocational education in China, the quality of secondary vocational education has attracted wide attention from all walks of life. It is a concrete action to carry out the national medium and long term education reform and development plan in an all-round way. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the sustainable development of secondary vocational education in China. This study analyzes the specific situation of the implementation of the model of combining engineering and learning in Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Australia, and summarizes the current situation of the research and practice of the training model of the combination of work and learning in our country. This paper makes clear the concrete problems and the direction of the work combined talents training mode in the secondary vocational schools. By using the empirical research method, this paper analyzes the practical situation of some secondary vocational schools in Tangshan City, Hebei Province, in carrying out the training mode of the combination of work and learning talents. This paper systematically summarizes the eight kinds of practical models, such as introducing enterprises into schools, running schools into enterprises, combining production and teaching, order training, post practice, alternating work and learning, project driving, "21", etc., and establishing the training objectives of talents. Elaborate training plan, reconstruct curriculum implementation system, scientifically arrange working time, promote education and teaching reform, build superior teaching team, strengthen effectiveness of practical training base, and extensively promote cooperation between school and enterprise. There are 9 key steps to improve students' moral education. Based on the practice of promoting the mode of combining work and learning with talents in some secondary vocational schools in Tangshan City, this study holds that the implementation of the mode of combining work with learning can effectively improve the quality of secondary vocational education. This study finds that there are some specific problems in the implementation of the model of combining work and learning talents in secondary vocational schools, which are mainly reflected in the imperfect legal system of combination of work and learning. The enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the combination of work and study is not high, the experience of implementing the mode of combination of work and learning in schools is insufficient, the relevant reform measures need to be improved urgently, and the ability of students to adapt to the combination of work and learning needs to be improved. In view of the problems encountered in the practice of the mode of combining work and learning with talents, this paper puts forward the principles and main contents of optimizing the practice mode of combination of work and learning, and from three angles of view of government, enterprise and school. This paper puts forward some concrete measures to carry out the practical mode of combining work and learning, which can be used for reference by relevant parties and the secondary vocational schools in carrying out the mode of training talents of combination of work and learning.
