职业院校顶岗实习现状调查

【摘要】:本研究以我国中高职院校2014届毕业顶岗实习学生为调查对象,编制"职业院校学生顶岗实习及成本调查问卷",并对全国18省、市、自治区的32所中高职学校的应届毕业生顶岗实习进行在线抽样调查。调查显示,学生对实习的总体满意度一般,学生对教育部门制定的顶岗实习政策知晓度较低,55.3%的学生实习单位不是学校安排,28.2%的学生顶岗实习与专业不对口,学生实习指导力度不够,学生实习期间的住宿、餐饮、交通自费比例较高,实习加班比较常见,13%的实习生无实习工资,政府基本未向实习单位提供实习补贴等。这些问题的解决需要政府的有效介入,需要出台相关的制度和条例来明确政府、学校、企业、学生四方的责权利,从而规范和推进职业院校开展学生顶岗实习工作,维护顶岗实习学生、学校和企业的合法权益,保障学生实践教学的有效性。
[Abstract]:This study takes the graduates of vocational colleges and vocational colleges in 2014 as the object of investigation, compiles the questionnaire of students' internship and cost in vocational colleges, and makes a survey of 18 provinces and cities in China. An online sampling survey was carried out among the graduates of 32 secondary and higher vocational schools in the autonomous region. The survey showed that the students' overall satisfaction with the internship was general. 55.3% of the students' practice units were not arranged by the school to arrange 28.2% of the students' on-the-job practice to be out of line with their major, the strength of the student practice guidance was not enough, and the students' accommodation and catering during the internship period were not enough, and the students' awareness of the policy of job placement was lower than 55.3% of the students' practice units. The proportion of self-financed transportation is relatively high, 13% of interns do not have internship wages, and the government basically does not provide internship subsidies to internship units. The solution of these problems requires the effective intervention of the government. It is necessary to introduce relevant systems and regulations to clarify the responsibilities and rights of the government, schools, enterprises and students, so as to standardize and promote the practice of student placement in vocational colleges and universities, and to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of internship students, schools and enterprises. To ensure the effectiveness of practical teaching for students.
