大理市中职学生思想道德现状调查与对策研究

【摘要】:近几年来,我国中等职业教育在国家重视下,中等职业教育得到较大发展,当前中职学校德育取得一定成效,中职学生思想道德素质得到显著提高。随着社会的发展,各种文化的交融,中职学生因为年龄小,缺乏是非观念和判断能力,社会上的不良风气对中职学生良好思想道德形成造成一定的消极影响,中职学生在思想道德方面存在一些问题,影响着中职学生的健康成长。大理市地处祖国边疆,是滇缅、滇藏公路的必经之地,古有茶马古道,属滇西要塞,有独特的地理、历史条件,外来人口较多、较杂,这里居住着汉族、白族、回族、彝族、傈僳族等民族,民族文化、多元文化在这里交汇融合,网络的发达,而中职学生正处于青春叛逆期,对纷繁复杂的社会、缺乏判断能力,从众的思想特点突出,因此中职学校的思想道德教育面临严峻的形势。大理市以优美的自然环境为依托,大力发展旅游业,运输业、乳制品厂、食品加工、民族工艺等产业蓬勃发展,产业发展需要大量高素质劳动者,大理市的中等职业教育得到快速发展。中职学生是未来国家建设和地区经济发展的中坚力量,切实提高中职学生思想道德教育的时效性和可行性,对培养高素质劳动者、促进地区经济的发展、维护良好的社会秩序有着重要作用。以对云南省大理市中职学校中职学生的调查为基础,深入了解大理市中职学生的政治素质、思想道德素质、心理素质、学校的思想政治教育状况,以及在当下的社会环境及条件下学生在思想政治、思想道德素质等方面发生的一些变化。运用问卷调查和访谈的方式,了解大理市中职学生当前思想道德教育方面的成功之处和需要完善的地方。从中职学生本身、家庭、学校、社会多角度的对大理市中职学生思想道德状况进行有根据的调查,针对大理市中职学生的实际,提出有针对性的教育措施,旨在提高大理市中职学生思想道德教育方法的实效性与措施的可行性,提高大理市中职学生思想道德水平,促进大理市中职学生健康全面发展。结合大理地区的地域性、民族性和经济发展趋势,研究大理市中职学生的思想道德状况的特点,探寻适合大理地区中职学校思想道德教育的有效路径,关注大理市中职学生的身心健康发展,对大理市中职学校实施思想道德方面的教育提供实证依据,对大理市中职学生的职业发展、社会发展、人生发展做出积极、有益的探索。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the secondary vocational education in our country has been greatly developed under the attention of the state. At present, the moral education of secondary vocational schools has made certain achievements, and the ideological and moral quality of secondary vocational school students has been improved significantly. Due to the blending of various cultures, secondary vocational school students have a certain negative impact on the formation of good ideology and morality of secondary vocational school students because of their young age, lack of sense of right and wrong and their ability to judge. There are some problems in the ideological and moral aspects of secondary vocational school students, which affect the healthy growth of secondary vocational students. Dali is located in the border of the motherland, is the necessary place of Yunnan and Myanmar, Yunnan-Tibet highway, ancient tea horse road, is a fortress in western Yunnan, with unique geography. Historical conditions, the foreign population is relatively large, more miscellaneous, here live the Han, Bai, Hui, Yi, Lisu and other ethnic groups, ethnic culture, the integration of multicultural here, the development of the network, and secondary vocational students are in a period of youth rebellious. Because of the lack of judgment ability and the prominent ideological characteristics of the masses, the ideological and moral education of secondary vocational schools is facing a grim situation. Dali, relying on the beautiful natural environment, vigorously develops tourism and transportation, The dairy products factory, food processing, national craft and other industries are booming, and the development of the industry requires a large number of high-quality workers. The secondary vocational education in Dali City has developed rapidly. Vocational students are the backbone of national construction and regional economic development in the future. It is necessary to improve the timeliness and feasibility of the ideological and moral education of secondary vocational school students, so as to train high-quality workers. It is important to promote the development of regional economy and maintain good social order. Based on the investigation of secondary vocational school students in Dali City, Yunnan Province, we have a deep understanding of the political quality, ideological and moral quality of secondary vocational school students in Dali City. Psychological quality, the status of ideological and political education in schools, and some changes in the ideological and political, ideological and moral qualities of students in the current social environment and conditions. To understand the success of the current ideological and moral education of secondary vocational students in Dali and the places that need to be improved. From the perspective of the students themselves, their families, their schools, and the society, they conduct a well-founded investigation into the ideological and moral situation of the students in the secondary vocational schools in Dali. In view of the actual situation of secondary vocational students in Dali City, this paper puts forward targeted educational measures to improve the effectiveness and feasibility of the methods of ideological and moral education for secondary vocational school students in Dali City, and to improve the ideological and moral level of students in secondary vocational schools in Dali City. To promote the healthy and comprehensive development of secondary vocational students in Dali City. Combining with the regional, national and economic development trends of Dali, this paper studies the characteristics of the ideological and moral status of secondary vocational students in Dali City. To explore the effective path of ideological and moral education in Dali secondary vocational schools, to pay attention to the physical and mental health development of secondary vocational school students in Dali, and to provide an empirical basis for the implementation of ideological and moral education in secondary vocational schools in Dali. To Dali secondary vocational students career development, social development, life development to make a positive, beneficial exploration.
