【摘要】:在素质教育和技能导向的背景下,中职教育对青年教师提出了更高的要求。在教学中,青年教师职业认同能够促进个体工作的积极性和主动性,从而使教学水平得到明显地提高。在一定的程度上,青年教师在教学过程中所表现出来的积极性和主动性来源于其对职业的认同感。 本文选择昆明中等职业学校青年教师作为职业认同的研究对象。因为青年教师已经成为中等职业学校教师队伍中的主要构成部分,考察中等职业学校青年教师职业认同可以有效地反映中等职业学校教师职业认同的现状、影响因素等基本情况。 通过系统的文献回顾,本文对国内外教师职业认同的基本观点进行了搜集,并梳理了各种主要理论视角的核心观点。在此基础上本文设计了调查问卷,通过搜集到的数据对昆明中职青年教师总体情况进行分析,并对昆明中职教师职业认同的各种影响因素的强度分别进行了分析和讨论,确定了中职教师职业认同的主要影响因素,并对昆明市中职青年教师职业认同水平在各个因素上存在差异的原因进行了解释。最后,本文提出改善昆明中等职业学校提高教师职业认同的基本对策,包括从教师个人层面、学校层面和社会层面来有效促进青年教师的职业认同水平。 本文分四个部分。 第一部分,绪论部分提出了选题理论,,研究内容和研究方法 第二部分,教师职业认同的相关理论的分析和研究 第三部分,昆明市中等职业学校青年教师职业认同情况调查 第四部分,提高昆明中等职业学校青年教师职业认同的对策
[Abstract]:Under the background of quality-oriented education and skill-oriented education, secondary vocational education puts forward higher requirements for young teachers. In teaching, young teachers' professional identity can promote the enthusiasm and initiative of individual work. To a certain extent, the enthusiasm and initiative of young teachers in the process of teaching come from their sense of identity to the profession. This paper chooses the young teachers of Kunming secondary vocational school as the research object of professional identity, because young teachers have become the main component of the teaching staff of secondary vocational schools. The investigation of the vocational identity of young teachers in secondary vocational schools can effectively reflect the status quo of teachers' professional identity in secondary vocational schools and the influencing factors. Through a systematic literature review, this paper collects the basic viewpoints of teachers' professional identity at home and abroad, and combs the core viewpoints of various major theoretical perspectives. On the basis of this, this paper designs a questionnaire. Based on the collected data, this paper analyzes the overall situation of the young teachers in Kunming secondary vocational school, and analyzes and discusses the intensity of various influencing factors of the vocational identity of the secondary vocational school teachers in Kunming. This paper determines the main influencing factors of vocational identity of secondary vocational school teachers, and explains the reasons for the differences in the level of professional identity of young teachers of secondary vocational schools in Kunming. Finally, This paper puts forward the basic countermeasures to improve the professional identity of teachers in Kunming Secondary Vocational School, including the level of teachers' personal, school and social level to effectively promote the level of young teachers' professional identity. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part, the introduction part, puts forward the theory, the research content and the research method of the topic. The second part, the analysis and research of the related theories of teachers' professional identity. The third part, the investigation of professional identity of young teachers in secondary vocational schools in Kunming. Part 4th: countermeasures to improve the Professional identity of Young Teachers in Kunming Secondary Vocational School
