高职毕业生培养质量跟踪调查——以襄阳职业技术学院毕业生为例

【摘要】:为科学测评学校人才培养质量,推进教育教学改革,以襄阳职业技术学院毕业生为例,依托第三方专业机构,对学校近两届毕业生实施跟踪调查,基于毕业生反馈的数据,在对样本采集情况、主要指标变化趋势进行统计分析基础上,从就业情况、就业质量、培养质量以及校友评价等方面,分析学校人才培养质量,并对存在的问题提出改进建议。
[Abstract]:In order to scientifically evaluate the quality of talents training and promote the reform of education and teaching, taking the graduates of Xiangyang Vocational and Technical College as an example, relying on the third party professional organizations, the author carries out a follow-up investigation on the recent two class graduates of the school, based on the data of the graduates' feedback. On the basis of the statistical analysis of the sample collection and the change trend of the main indicators, this paper analyzes the quality of talent training in schools from the aspects of employment situation, employment quality, training quality and alumni evaluation, and puts forward some suggestions for improving the existing problems.
