广西中等职业教育师资培养模式的探究

【摘要】:十七大以来,我国大力发展职业教育作为社会经济发展的重要基础和教育事业的战略重点,党中央、国务院采取了一系列有效措施加快高技能专门师资和高素质劳动者的培养,为中华民族的伟大复兴和全面建设小康社会提供了强有力的师资保障和智力支持。落实这一要求,促进经济长期平稳较快发展和社会和谐稳定,迫切需要培养数以亿计的生产第一线高素质劳动者和技能型师资作为支撑,迫切需要提供更加丰富的师资培养模式,满足广大人民群众素质提高和全面发展的需求¨。在这一进程中,必须加大对职业教育师资的培养模式研究力度,建立起符合我国国情的职业教育师资培养体系。其中,职业教育师资的培养模式,又成为整个职业教育体系建立的开山之石。职业教育的快速发展不仅成为广西社会各界关注的焦点,而且也是广西社会经济发展的热点问题。在职业教育的研究层面上,职业教育师资培养模式属于微观层面。职业教育师资培养模式是多个要素的综合体,其中既包含了培养方式、培养结构,也包含了培养程序等要素。师资培养模式是一个与时俱进的概念,符合时代的需求才是它的本质属性。职业教育师资培养模式更加要与广西的经济发展、科学技术进步、产业结构调整等紧密结合。本文通过对师资培养模式等相关概念理论研究的基础上,结合国内外职业教育师资培养模式理论,对广西职业教育师资培养模式进行了全面的探究,其重点分析了广西职业教育师资培养模式的发展遇到的“瓶颈”问题和发展趋势本文认为只有在正确把握职教师资培养模式的内涵和特点,结合国内外先进的中等职教师资培养模式发展趋势和广西社会经济发展现状,才能构建适合广西实情的中等职业教育师资培养模式。最后,本文以广西师范学院为例,展示在实践中探索符合广西中等职业教育师资培养模式,提出了构建合理的中等职教师资培养模式,必须要从师资培养理念、师资培养程序和师资培养结构等全面着手。其中,详细介绍广西师范学职业师培养诸多经验,为发广西职业教育尤其是职教师资的培养做出了较好的典范。
[Abstract]:Since the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China has vigorously developed vocational education as an important foundation of social and economic development and a strategic focus of educational undertakings. The Party Central Committee and the State Council have taken a series of effective measures to speed up the training of highly skilled specialized teachers and high-quality workers. It has provided strong teacher support and intellectual support for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the building of a well-off society in an all-round way. There is an urgent need to train hundreds of millions of high-quality workers and skilled teachers in the front line of production as support, and to provide a richer model of teacher training. To meet the needs of improving the quality and all-round development of the broad masses of the people. In this process, it is necessary to intensify the research on the training mode of vocational education teachers, and to establish a vocational education teacher training system that is in line with the national conditions of our country. The training mode of teachers in vocational education has become the starting stone for the establishment of the whole vocational education system. The rapid development of vocational education has not only become the focus of attention in Guangxi. It is also a hot issue in the social and economic development of Guangxi. On the research level of vocational education, the mode of teacher training of vocational education belongs to the micro level. The mode of training teachers of vocational education is a synthesis of many elements. It includes not only the training mode, the training structure, but also the training procedure and so on. The teacher training mode is a concept of keeping pace with the times. To meet the needs of the times is its essential attribute. The mode of training teachers in vocational education should be more in line with the economic development, scientific and technological progress of Guangxi. On the basis of the research on the related concepts such as teacher training model and the theory of vocational education teacher training model at home and abroad, this paper makes a comprehensive exploration of Guangxi vocational education teacher training model. This paper mainly analyzes the "bottleneck" problem and development trend of the development of vocational education teacher training model in Guangxi. This paper holds that only by correctly grasping the connotation and characteristics of vocational education teacher training mode, Combining with the development trend of advanced secondary vocational education teacher training model at home and abroad and the present situation of Guangxi's social and economic development, we can construct a suitable secondary vocational education teacher training model for Guangxi. Finally, this paper takes Guangxi normal College as an example. In order to establish a reasonable training mode of secondary vocational education teachers in Guangxi, we must start from the concept of teacher training, the procedure of teacher training and the structure of teacher training. This paper introduces in detail a lot of experience in training vocational teachers of normal school in Guangxi, and makes a good example for the training of vocational education, especially teachers of vocational education in Guangxi.
