茶文化对“95后”高职生择业观的影响

【摘要】：随着全球经济一体化的不断发展,文化冲突民越来越明显。不同国家的传统文化,对于其国家社会、人们行为都有着非常重要的影响。我国传统茶文化对于高职生择业观的影响非常重要,其影响可以渗透到"95后"高职生的思维、行为、价值观念等多个层面。因此,在开展高职生择业观引导时,应该将我国传统茶文化融入到学校教育中,让其具备应对文化冲突的理念和能力,树立起正确的择业观。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of global economic integration, cultural conflicts become more and more obvious. Chinese traditional tea culture has a very important influence on vocational students' view of choosing jobs, and its influence can penetrate into the thinking, behavior, values of post-95 vocational students, and so on. When developing the guidance of vocational school students, we should integrate our traditional tea culture into school education, let them have the idea and ability to deal with the cultural conflict, and set up a correct outlook on job selection.
