ZS职业技术学院教师激励体系优化研究

【摘要】:知识经济时代,高等职业教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分,面临着巨大的挑战。如何提高自身的核心竞争力,已经成为高职院校生存与发展的头等大事。高素质的教师队伍的建设则是提高学校核心竞争力的必要条件。高职院校的教师激励体系是否有效,是能否建设一支高素质的教师队伍的关键。升格型高职院校底子较差,起步较晚且面临着升格后的重大战略转移,其教师激励体系存在诸多问题,因此,研究此类学校的教师激励体系,设计一套适合于此类学校的教师激励体系新方案对于充分激发高职教师的工作热情,实现学院的战略目标具有现实意义。 本文以ZS职业技术学院为研究对象,借助需要层次理论,分析了该学院教师的需要情况,并以此为基础分析了教师激励体系现状及存在问题,提出一套适合该学院教师激励体系的优化方案以及实施该方案的保障条件。全文分为五章:第一章介绍了论文的研究背景、研究意义、相关文献综述、研究内容和研究方法;第二章着重分析了ZS职业技术学院战略转型和教师的需要情况;第三章分析了该学院教师激励体系现状并对其进行了诊断;第四章在第二章、第三章的基础上设计了该学院教师激励体系优化方案:第五章则提出了实施该方案所需要的保障条件。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, higher vocational education, as an important part of higher education, is facing great challenges. The construction of high quality teachers is a necessary condition to improve the core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges. Whether the teacher incentive system of higher vocational colleges is effective or not, It is the key to build a high-quality teaching team. Upgrading higher vocational colleges have a poor foundation, start late and face a major strategic shift after upgrading, and there are many problems in their teacher incentive system. It is of practical significance to study the teacher incentive system of this kind of school and to design a new set of teacher incentive system suitable for this kind of school for fully arousing the enthusiasm of teachers in higher vocational education and realizing the strategic goal of the college. This paper takes the ZS Vocational and Technical College as the research object, with the help of the theory of hierarchy of needs, analyzes the teachers' needs, and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the teachers' incentive system. This paper puts forward a set of optimization scheme suitable for the teacher incentive system of the college and the guarantee conditions for its implementation. The thesis is divided into five chapters: the first chapter introduces the research background, research significance, relevant literature review, research content and research methods; The second chapter focuses on the strategic transformation of ZS Vocational and Technical College and teachers' needs; the third chapter analyzes the current situation and diagnosis of the teacher incentive system in ZS Vocational and Technical College; the fourth chapter in the second chapter, On the basis of the third chapter, the optimization scheme of the teacher incentive system is designed, and the guarantee conditions for the implementation of the scheme are put forward in the fifth chapter.
