“三三”翻转课堂教学模式在中职教学中的应用研究

【摘要】：在信息技术与教育教学深度融合应用中,教学模式的改革、创新是提高教育教学质量的关键之一。传统教学模式是教师讲、学生学,课堂是比较单一传播知识的场所,而知识的消化、理解则需要学生自己完成,限制了学生创新能力的发展,不利于自主学习能力的发展和创新型人才的培养。相对传统教学模式中存在的问题,中职院学的翻转课堂教学模式对学生自主学习能力有促进作用,该教学模式在课堂上激励学生进行自主学习,提高了学生自主学习能力、团队协作能力及学习积极性。本研究在中职院学课程教学中进行应用,探索翻转课堂教学模式在应用型、创新型人才培养中的有效教学模式。在各种翻转课堂教学模式的基础上,构建出微视频支持下“三三”翻转课堂教学模式。此模式将在课前、课中、课后三个环节基础上,进一步把课中环节细化成“计划、实施、总结评价”三阶段,明确每一阶段中师生关系及目标任务。选取某中职院学二年级在实践教学中应用该模式,并利用学习记录表、行为观察表、问卷等工具收集数据,通过配对样本T检验对前后测数据进行检测,对该模式教学效果进行评价。研究表明,“三三”翻转课堂教学模式能够有效提高中职院学学生的自主学习能力,特别在学习行为、学习动机、时间管理三个方面的表现较为突出,契合了人才培养的品质要求,其操作性对中职院学课程教学模式改革提供了现实依据。
[Abstract]:In the application of the integration of information technology and education and teaching, the reform and innovation of teaching mode is one of the keys to improve the quality of education and teaching. However, the digestion and understanding of knowledge need students to complete themselves, which limits the development of students' innovation ability, and is not conducive to the development of autonomous learning ability and the cultivation of innovative talents. The flipping classroom teaching mode of secondary vocational college can promote students' autonomous learning ability. This teaching model can stimulate students to learn independently in class and improve students' autonomous learning ability. This study is applied to the teaching of secondary vocational school courses, exploring the application of the flipping classroom teaching mode. The effective teaching mode in the cultivation of innovative talents. On the basis of various flipping classroom teaching models, the "three three" flipping classroom teaching mode supported by micro video is constructed. This model will be based on three links: before, during and after class. Further refine the link in the class into "plan, implement, summarize and evaluate" three stages, clarify the relationship between teachers and students and the target task in each stage. Choose the second grade of a secondary vocational college to apply the model in practical teaching, and use the study record form. Behavior observation table, questionnaire and other tools collect data, and test the data before and after the test by paired sample T test. The study shows that the "three three" flipping classroom teaching model can effectively improve the autonomous learning ability of secondary vocational school students, especially in learning behavior and learning motivation. The performance of the three aspects of time management is more outstanding, which accords with the quality requirements of talent training, and its operability provides a realistic basis for the reform of the teaching mode of secondary vocational school.
