广西与东盟国家职业教育合作交流的现状及前景

【摘要】：中国广西与东盟国家职业教育的合作交流项目,包括政府层面推动的"中国—东盟职业教育联展暨论坛"、职业教育培训中心建设、广西各级政府东盟国家留学生奖学金,以及职业院校推进的跨国式人才培养、互派师生、短期互访、文化交流、夏令营等。当前,广西与东盟国家职业教育的合作交流呈现共赢共生的特征,语言教学成为交流合作的热点,联合培养成为合作办学的主轴。但同时也存在宣传力度不足、体制了解不充分、协议落实不到位、专业领域欠均衡等问题。有必要重视基础研究,科学统筹引导,完善交流机制,借鉴国际经验,制订广西与东盟国家职教国际化发展战略。
[Abstract]:Cooperation and exchange projects in vocational education between China and Guangxi and ASEAN countries, including the "China-ASEAN Joint Exhibition and Forum on Vocational Education" promoted by the government, the construction of vocational education and training centers, and scholarships for overseas students from ASEAN countries at all levels of government in Guangxi, As well as the transnational talent training promoted by vocational colleges and universities, the exchange of teachers and students, short-term visits, cultural exchanges, summer camps, etc. At present, the cooperative exchange of vocational education between Guangxi and ASEAN countries presents the characteristics of win-win symbiosis. Language teaching has become a hot spot in communication and cooperation, and joint training has become the main axis of cooperative education. However, there are also insufficient publicity efforts, inadequate understanding of the system, and inadequate implementation of the agreement. It is necessary to pay attention to basic research, scientific coordination and guidance, perfect communication mechanism, draw lessons from international experience, and formulate the international development strategy of vocational education in Guangxi and ASEAN countries.
