美国CTE中高职衔接的最新进展及启示

【摘要】:进入21世纪,美国CTE(生涯与技术教育)发生了一些重大变革,CTE的内涵有了新注解、目标有了新定位、原则有了新界定、角色有了新描述,其中高职衔接在规模与结构上也发生了重大变化。CTE中高职衔接有硬性的法律保障、精细的课程体系、多元的项目支撑、丰富的资源保障,发展步入一个新阶段。我国中高职衔接可借鉴美国的做法,逐步建构复合型人才的职业教育理念,完善相关的法律法规,最大限度地提升中职生的升学意愿,促进中高职全方位的融合贯通。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, some major changes have taken place in CTE (career and Technology Education) in the United States. The connotation of CTE has a new annotation, the goal has a new orientation, the principle has been defined, and the role has been described. Among them, higher vocational cohesion has undergone great changes in scale and structure. In CTE, higher vocational cohesion has a rigid legal guarantee, a fine curriculum system, multiple project support, rich resource guarantee. The convergence of middle and higher vocational education in China can draw lessons from the practice of the United States, construct the concept of vocational education of compound talents step by step, perfect the relevant laws and regulations, and promote the students' willingness to advance to the maximum extent. To promote the integration of all aspects of higher vocational education.
