职业教育改革的现实困境与发展路径

【摘要】：高质量的职业教育是地方经济蓬勃发展的重要源泉,能为地方产业的创新和转型注入活力。但是,伴随着知识型社会对人才发展的要求不断提升,职业教育在教育模式和专业水平等方面存在的矛盾日益突出,职业教育改革和升级迫在眉睫。纵观职业教育改革三十多年的历程,职业教育始终难以找到一条准确的发展道路,难以摆脱利益主体矛盾和体制的束缚。文章从当前职业教育改革的外在推力和内在动因出发,分析职业教育改革的困境,并提出职业教育改革的发展路径:明确职业教育发展定位,拓宽职业教育培养模式;建立多元利益主体协调机制,引导社会力量参与;完善"三级"管理体制,加强职业教育资源整合。
[Abstract]:High-quality vocational education is an important source for the vigorous development of local economy and can inject vitality into the innovation and transformation of local industries.However, with the increasing demands of the knowledge society for the development of talents, the contradictions in the educational model and professional level of vocational education are increasingly prominent, so it is urgent to reform and upgrade vocational education.Throughout the more than 30 years of vocational education reform, vocational education has always been difficult to find an accurate way of development, difficult to get rid of the contradictions of the main body of interests and the constraints of the system.To establish the coordination mechanism of multi-interest subjects, to guide social forces to participate, to perfect the "three-level" management system and to strengthen the integration of vocational education resources.
