A中职学校人才培养模式项目实证研究

【摘要】:进入二十一世纪以来,我国中等职业教育实现了历史性的跨越发展,而在中等职业学校的建设和发展中,人才培养模式改革和建设发挥着决定性的作用。加快建设主动适应经济社会快速发展的具有中国特色的职业教育,推进工学结合、校企合作的人才培养模式,已经成为当前职业教育改革发展的首要问题。因此,多年来人才培养模式改革的研究一直是职业教育界理论与实践探索的热点,但具体如何做、怎样做,这是摆在我们面前的急需解决的问题,不同学校、不同专业具体作法不同,都有本身的特点和特色。 目前的研究中存在的主要问题是鲜有把中等职业学校人才培养模式作为对象的研究,鲜有用项目管理的理论对中等职业学校人才培养模式的研究。针对以上问题,本课题研究选择依托于A中职学校,把项目管理的理论运用到A中职学校人才培养模式的建设中,把人才培养模式的建设当作一个项目来进行系统操作和管理,这是对职业教育人才培养模式的一种新的探索。 本研究采用项目管理中质量管理、时间管理、集成管理等要素的理论,并结合现代管理中的分析和评价方法,通过对人才培养模式项目的构成分析,采用定性与定量相结合的方法确定出决定或影响项目质量的关键环节或关键因素,有针对性地加以控制并建立强有力的质量保证体系,力求形成人才培养模式建设的最优方案,并在在指导实践方面和丰富理论方面做出尝试。 通过两年的研究和实践,A中职学校构建了“校企合作、工学结合”的“322”人才培养模式,“3”即三个“紧贴”:紧贴区域经济和社会发展的需求、紧贴学生全面发展和就业创业的需要、紧贴职业教育发展的基本走势和学校的现实基础;“2”即企业两个“参与”:企业全方位,全过程参与学校人才培养模式的制定与实施;“2”即学生两个证书:中职毕业证书和职业技能等级证书。这种培养模式在A中职学校的实行过程中已初见成效,同时事实也证明了以项目管理方法对学校一些项目的建设进行研究和管理是科学的,事半功倍的。 本课题有待进一步研究的问题是:在对问题的探索过程中仍然存在一定的研究后续,这是在A职业学校建设过程中需要进一步研究解决的要点,在今后的研究过程中尚待解决;具备各专业特色、适应专业特点的人才培养模式需进一步完善;企业在参与学校人才培养模式改革、构建的合作伙伴关系需进一步加深。 总之,人才培养模式的研究对于中等职业学校来说,尚处于完善阶段,,我会沿着这条道路继续前进。
[Abstract]:Since the 21 century, China's secondary vocational education has achieved a historic leap forward, but in the construction and development of secondary vocational schools, the reform and construction of talent training mode plays a decisive role.To speed up the construction of active vocational education with Chinese characteristics adapted to the rapid economic and social development, to promote the combination of work and learning, and to cooperate with schools and enterprises has become the most important issue in the reform and development of vocational education at present.Therefore, for many years, the research on the reform of talent training mode has been the hot spot of the theory and practice exploration in the field of vocational education, but how to do and how to do, this is the problem that needs to be solved urgently in front of us, different schools,Different specialty concrete method is different, all have its own characteristic and characteristic.The main problem in the present research is that there are few researches on the talent training model in secondary vocational schools and few studies on the talent training mode in secondary vocational schools by using the theory of project management.In view of the above problems, this research chooses to rely on A secondary vocational school, applies the theory of project management to the construction of talent training mode of A secondary vocational school, and regards the construction of talent training model as a project to carry on systematic operation and management.This is a new exploration of the training mode of vocational education talents.This research adopts the theory of quality management, time management, integrated management and so on in project management, and combines the analysis and evaluation method of modern management, through the analysis of the project composition of talent training mode.Adopting qualitative and quantitative methods to determine the key links or key factors that determine or affect the quality of the project, and to control and establish a strong quality assurance system in order to form the best scheme for the construction of talent training mode.It also tries to guide practice and enrich theory.Through two years of research and practice, a "322" talent training model of "cooperation between school and enterprise, combination of work and learning" has been constructed. "3" is three "close to": close to the needs of regional economic and social development.Close to the needs of students' all-round development and employment, the basic trend of the development of vocational education and the realistic foundation of the school; "2" is the two "participation" of the enterprise: the enterprise is all-around,The whole process takes part in the establishment and implementation of the training model of talents in schools. "2" is the two certificates of students: the secondary vocational graduation certificate and the vocational skill grade certificate.This kind of training model has already achieved initial results in the process of carrying out the practice of A secondary vocational school, and the fact has also proved that it is scientific and effective to study and manage the construction of some projects in the school by the method of project management, which can achieve twice the result with half the effort.The problems to be further studied in this subject are as follows: in the process of exploring the problems, there are still some follow-up studies, which are the key points that need to be further studied and solved in the process of construction of A vocational school, and still need to be solved in the future research process;It is necessary to perfect the talent training mode which has the characteristics of various specialties and adapt to the characteristics of the major, and the cooperative partnership of the enterprises participating in the reform of the talent training mode in schools should be further deepened.In a word, the research of talent training model is still in the perfect stage for secondary vocational schools, I will continue along this road.
