【摘要】：正医学类高职高专院校一般多由中专院校转型而来,大多没有一定规模的附属医院,须依靠本地区的医疗机构协同完成教学任务,但学校与医院非隶属关系,仅是在协议的前提下开展工作[1]。医院的参与性、主动性和合作深度均较差,无法有效完成学生的临床见习和实习安排,故应深化学校和医院的合作,发挥双方的积极性。因此,重庆医药高等专科学校从2009
[Abstract]:In general, higher vocational and technical colleges of orthodox medicine come from the transformation of technical secondary schools. Most of them do not have a certain scale of affiliated hospitals. They have to rely on the cooperation of medical institutions in the region to complete teaching tasks, but the schools and hospitals are not subordinate to each other.Work is carried out only on the terms of an agreement [1].The participation, initiative and depth of cooperation of the hospital are all poor, and the students' clinical probation and practice arrangement can not be completed effectively.
