【摘要】：正陈现军、周长春在《现代教育管理》2017年第8期中撰文,分析了高职院校内涵建设的相关概念,探究了高职院校内涵建设因子的协同效应。作者认为,高职院校内涵建设是针对高职教育的内涵及本质充实相应的精神、增加相应的新设施、创立相应的新事业,是对高职院校内部涉及生存和发展的、具有关键意义的一些核心要素和工作环节进行积极有效地改革、完善和提高,以期提升人才培养质量和办学水平。高职院校内涵建设因子
[Abstract]:Zheng Chen Xianjun and Zhou Changchun wrote in the 8th term of Modern Education Management in 2017, analyzed the related concepts of connotation construction in higher vocational colleges, and probed into the synergistic effect of connotation construction factors in higher vocational colleges.The author thinks that the connotation construction of higher vocational colleges is aimed at the connotation and essence of higher vocational education to enrich the corresponding spirit, to increase the corresponding new facilities and to create the corresponding new undertakings, and to deal with the existence and development of higher vocational colleges.Some key elements and work links are actively and effectively reformed, perfected and improved in order to improve the quality of personnel training and the level of running a school.Connotation construction factor of higher vocational colleges
