14~16岁学园:英国普职教育衔接的典型模式解析

【摘要】:14~16岁学园根植于英国特殊的基础教育体系,并伴随14~19岁阶段教育的改革而得以产生。14~16岁学园作为英国普通基础教育与职业教育衔接的典型模式,提前从普通中等学校的9年级选拔学生,将其10年级和11年级的学习后置到继续教育学院,并通过整合GCSE课程和职业课程加以实施,当学生毕业后将选择全日制职业教育项目或学徒制项目,进入正式的职业教育学习阶段。英国14~16岁学园项目起到了特定的积极作用,尤其是满足了部分学生的特殊发展需要,但是也存在一些天然的问题,为此需批判地借鉴。
[Abstract]:The 140-year-old school garden was rooted in the special basic education system of Britain, and with the reform of 1419 years old education, the school garden of 16 years old was produced as a typical model of the link between general basic education and vocational education in the United Kingdom.Early selection of students from Grade 9 in ordinary secondary schools, postplacement of students in grades 10 and 11 to the Institute of continuing Education, and implementation through the integration of GCSE and vocational courses,After graduation, students will choose full-time vocational education programs or apprenticeship programs to enter the formal stage of vocational education.The 140-16-year-old school park project in England has played a special positive role, especially in meeting the special development needs of some students, but there are also some natural problems, which need to be critically used for reference.
