中职学校《礼仪》课程实践教学优化研究

【摘要】:礼仪是人们在社会交往中形成的共同遵守的行为规范,它伴随着人类文明的产生而出现,伴随着人类文明的发展变化而发展变化。而礼仪这样的传统美德如何得到传播和宣扬,毋庸置疑,这就需要通过教育活动得以实现。而礼仪教育又需要开展、实施相应的《礼仪》课程才能使得其教育目的得以实现。在中等职业学校当中,通过《礼仪》课程的教学,能够提高学生在礼仪方面的素质、能力等,以此更好地适应社会不断变化的需求。然而,目前很多中职学校《礼仪》课程实践教学还存在很多问题,这些问题在一定程度上,都将影响中等职业教育培养目标的实现。 笔者以“中等职业学校《礼仪》课程实践教学的现状”为主题,对几所中职学校相关人员进行了调查,采取了问卷调查与访谈调查相结合的方式。通过对第一手资料的整理分析,总结出了目前中职学校《礼仪》课程实践教学中存在的问题,分析了相关的原因,在此基础上提出了中职学校《礼仪》课程实践教学的优化策略。 本文总共分为引言、中职学校《礼仪》课程实践教学概述、中职学校《礼仪》课程实践教学存在的问题表现、中职学校《礼仪》课程存在问题的原因分析以及中职学校《礼仪》课程实践教学的优化策略共五个部分。 引言部分主要阐述了问题的提出、研究意义、研究的思路和方法,以及对该问题的研究现状做了一系列的分析。 中职学校《礼仪》课程实践教学概述部分,主要涉及几个比较重要的概念,同时对中职学校《礼仪》课程实践教学的必要性、类型等进行了简要的概述。 中职学校《礼仪》课程实践教学存在的问题表现部分,主要是对目前中职学校《礼仪》课程实践教学存在的问题的展示,通过文字与图、表相结合的方式呈现出相应的数据,更加的明了直观,使得这些问题更清楚地展现在大家的面前。 中职学校《礼仪》课程存在问题的原因分析部分,主要是根据中职学校《礼仪》课程实践教学存在的问题表现,相应地分析了其中的原因。 中职学校《礼仪》课程实践教学的优化策略部分,从多个角度出发,提出了能够对中职学校《礼仪》课程实践教学起到优化作用的策略。期望通过多方的共同努力,最终使得中职学校《礼仪》课程实践教学能够更加科学、有效的进行和开展。
[Abstract]:Etiquette is a common standard of conduct formed by people in social communication. It appears with the emergence of human civilization and develops and changes with the development and change of human civilization.And how traditional virtues, such as etiquette, can be spread and propagated, without a doubt, needs to be achieved through educational activities.However, etiquette education needs to be carried out.In secondary vocational schools, the teaching of Etiquette course can improve the quality and ability of students in etiquette, so as to better adapt to the changing needs of society.However, there are still many problems in the practical teaching of Etiquette in many secondary vocational schools. To some extent, these problems will affect the realization of the goal of secondary vocational education.Based on the theme of "the present situation of practical Teaching of Etiquette course in Secondary Vocational School", the author makes an investigation of the relevant personnel in several secondary vocational schools, and adopts the method of combining questionnaire survey with interview investigation.Through the analysis of the firsthand data, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the practical teaching of Etiquette in the Secondary Vocational School, and analyzes the relevant reasons.On this basis, the optimization strategy of practical teaching of Etiquette in Secondary Vocational School is put forward.This paper is divided into three parts: introduction, outline of practical teaching of etiquette in secondary vocational school, problems in practical teaching of etiquette in secondary vocational school.There are five parts: the analysis of the causes of the problems in the Etiquette Curriculum in the Secondary Vocational School and the optimization strategy of the practical teaching of the Etiquette Curriculum in the Secondary Vocational School.In the foreword part, the author mainly expounds the problem's raising, the research significance, the research thought and the method, and makes a series of analysis to this question's research present situation.The outline of practical teaching of etiquette in secondary vocational schools mainly involves several important concepts. At the same time, the necessity and types of practical teaching of etiquette in secondary vocational schools are briefly summarized.The problems in practical teaching of Etiquette in Secondary Vocational School mainly show the problems existing in practical teaching of Etiquette in Secondary Vocational School, and show the corresponding data by combining words with pictures and tables.More clear and intuitive, so that these problems more clearly in front of everyone.The reason analysis part of the problems in the course of etiquette in the secondary vocational school is mainly based on the problems in the practical teaching of the course of etiquette in the secondary vocational school, and the corresponding reasons are analyzed accordingly.In the part of optimization strategy of practical teaching of etiquette course in secondary vocational school, this paper puts forward some strategies which can optimize the practical teaching of etiquette course in secondary vocational school from many angles.It is hoped that through the joint efforts of many parties, the practical teaching of Etiquette in Secondary Vocational School can be carried out more scientifically and effectively.
