对澳大利亚TAFE学院校企合作模式的研究

【摘要】：澳大利亚TAFE学院教育体系通过宏观的目标设定和微观的实施办法,再结合强有力的质量保证体系,最终形成了一个较为完善的职业教育培训体系及资格框架,是全球最成功的特色鲜明的教育体系之一。澳大利亚的行业企业在确立国家职业教育与培训政策、制定不同行业培训包以及与TAFE学院合作等诸方面发挥着重要作用。澳大利亚TAFE学院校企合作的成功经验在于培训系统以行业为主导、行业企业积极参与师资建设、理论与实践教学一体化、校企共同培养人才等方面,对笔者单位破解如何构建校企合作有效运行体系和长效运行机制的难题提供了借鉴,从而为进一步创新校企合作办学体制机制,促进校企深度合作和工学紧密结合,探明了改革的方向。
[Abstract]:The education system of TAFE College in Australia has formed a relatively perfect vocational education and training system and qualification framework through macro goal setting and micro implementation method, combined with a strong quality assurance system.It is one of the most successful and distinctive educational systems in the world.Australian industry enterprises play an important role in establishing national vocational education and training policy, making different industry training packages and cooperating with TAFE College.The successful experience of the cooperation between schools and enterprises of TAFE College in Australia lies in the following aspects: the training system is industry-oriented, the industry enterprises actively participate in the construction of teachers, the integration of theory and practice teaching, the joint training of talents between schools and enterprises, etc.It provides a reference for the author to solve the problem of how to construct the effective operation system and the long-term operation mechanism of the cooperation between the school and the enterprise, so as to further innovate the system mechanism of the cooperation between the school and the enterprise, and promote the deep cooperation between the school and the enterprise and the close combination of engineering and learning.The direction of the reform has been explored.
