高职大学生职业价值观调查研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国高职教育迅猛发展,人数已经达到了大学生群体的49%以上,高职大学生就业问题凸显出来,因此做好高职大学生职业价值观的研究,有助于我们更好地把握高职大学生职业价值观的现状,了解影响其发展变化的因素,并提出相应的对策,能够做到有针对性地对其进行教育引导,促进高职大学生就业和未来的职业发展,同时该研究也有助于在一定程度上拓展及丰富高职大学生职业价值观教育的理论研究,因而本研究具有重要意义。 本文研究是在梳理国内外对职业价值观研究成果的基础上,从社会学、心理学等理论视角出发,运用社会学的方法来进行的针对高职大学生职业价值观的研究,本文分为五个部分:绪论、理论研究、实证研究、相关分析、相关对策的提出。 本文通过向长春工业大学高等职业技术学院和软件职业技术学院400名高职大学生发放调查问卷,在此基础上,笔者调查分析了高职大学生职业价值取向和职业目标选择冲突等问题,并提出了职业价值观的特点和其主要影响因素,认为高职大学生职业价值观的主要特点是高职大学生在择业时,能够考虑多方面的因素,自主选择的能力表现较强的同时也暴露了选择盲目性的特点,主要影响因素是学生个人价值观与社会需要相冲突,所学专业及整个学习过程与社会职业需要关联性不强,学习期间没有明确的职业规划和有效的职业指导,及家长功利性价值观的影响。 对此,笔者提出了一些对策,第一,要明确大学生职业价值观教育体系内容,确保指导方向的正确性:第二,要加强职业认知和自我能力认知,增强心理承受能力,确保学生正确看待自己,理性面对困难和挫折;第三,充分发挥学校规划的指导作用,做全程化的,系统化的,持续性的职业指导;第四,培养高职大学生树立适应当今社会发展的职业价值观,确保学生的职业价值观适应当今社会的职业需求,顺利就业。
[Abstract]:In recent years, higher vocational education in China has developed rapidly, the number of students has reached more than 49% of the group of college students, the employment problem of higher vocational college students is prominent, so do a good job of vocational values of vocational college students.It is helpful for us to better grasp the present situation of vocational values of higher vocational college students, to understand the factors that affect their development and change, and to put forward corresponding countermeasures, so that we can guide them to education in a targeted way.To promote the employment and future career development of higher vocational college students, this study is also helpful to expand and enrich the theoretical research of vocational value education of higher vocational college students to a certain extent, so this study is of great significance.On the basis of combing the research results of professional values at home and abroad, this paper studies the vocational values of higher vocational college students from the perspective of sociology, psychology and other theories, using the method of sociology.This paper is divided into five parts: introduction, theoretical research, empirical research, correlation analysis, and relevant countermeasures.On the basis of the questionnaire of 400 vocational college students in Changchun University of Technology and Software Vocational and Technical College,The author investigates and analyzes the conflict between vocational value orientation and career goal choice of higher vocational college students, and puts forward the characteristics of vocational values and its main influencing factors.The author thinks that the main characteristic of vocational values of higher vocational college students is that they can consider many factors when they choose their jobs, and the ability to choose independently also exposes the characteristics of blindness.The main influencing factors are the conflict between students' personal values and social needs, the correlation between their major and social professional needs is not strong, and there is no clear career planning and effective career guidance during their study.And the impact of utilitarian values on parents.For this reason, the author puts forward some countermeasures. First, it is necessary to make clear the content of the education system of college students' vocational values, to ensure the correctness of the guiding direction; second, to strengthen the professional cognition and self-ability cognition, and to enhance the psychological bearing ability.To ensure that students look at themselves correctly, face difficulties and setbacks rationally; third, give full play to the guiding role of school planning, and do the whole process, systematic, continuous career guidance; fourth,To train higher vocational college students to set up vocational values to adapt to the development of the present society, to ensure that the vocational values of students adapt to the professional needs of today's society and to obtain employment smoothly.
