期待视野下工科类职业学校人文选修课程的研究与探索

【摘要】:近年来,中、高等职业院校为社会输送了大量的拥有先进技能和应用能力的人才。但是,在其高速发展的同时,过度强调了技术、技能教育,却放松了对学生人文素质的养成。用人单位普遍反映毕业学生专业技术虽能过关,但在思想道德修养、责任意识、创新能力、综合适应能力、职业提升潜力等方面仍显不足。当代社会对技术工人的要求,越发重视其综合人文素养的部分,因此,提倡在以工科专业为主的中、高职院校中,优化人文选修课程,对实现学生个人的全面、协调和可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。 笔者从对江苏省无锡汽车工程中等专业学校人文素质现状的抽样调查情况来看,目前越来越多的中、高等职业学校开始进行人文选修课程模式和体系建构的尝试和论证。鉴于人文选修课程构成的复杂性和不连续性,使得人文选修课程还没有办法像其他成熟的公修课程一样,拥有完善而系统的教学大纲或课程设置模板。无论是教师、在校生、还是已毕业的学生都对开展人文课程的现状感到不满。任何一门课程的发生、发展、成熟都需要一个不断调整、适应、改革的过程,而制定课程要求的教育主管部门、制定课程计划和实施方案的学校教务主管部门,以及具体操作实施人文课程文本的一线老师,,都苦于没有一个成熟的方法论体系可以作为指导和借鉴。 本文借鉴姚斯接受美学理论体系重要概念之一“期待视野”理念,探索和研究职业学校工科类专业人文选修课程。从国内外相关研究资料表明,“期待视野”理念已进入到对文本翻译、艺术欣赏、新闻美感的实践中,在教育领域主要是体现在与中、小学语文课程、英语课程、政治课程相结合,这种构想已经有不少教育工作者予以关注,众多的中、小学一线教师已敏锐地将触角伸向这个领域。这一切对笔者探索期待视野理念,以指导当下工科类职业院校的人文选修课程奠定了现实基础。笔者结合问卷调查,归纳当下中、外职业学校工科专业人文选修课程教、学的现状与特点,把握工科学生对这种人文审美潜在的“召唤”和“期待”,从而借鉴教育学原理和新课程改革理念,创新教学策略,来寻求拓宽学生的生活视野,增加学生的审美阅历和经验,馈应学生的审美期待,这就是我们人文选修课程所要研究的课题和进行有益尝试的意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, higher vocational colleges and universities have sent a large number of advanced skills and application ability to the society.However, at the same time of its rapid development, excessive emphasis on technology, skills education, but relax the cultivation of students' humanistic quality.The employers generally reflect that graduates' professional skills can pass the test, but they are still deficient in ideological and moral accomplishment, responsibility consciousness, innovation ability, comprehensive adaptation ability, career promotion potential and so on.The demands of modern society for skilled workers have become more and more important to the part of their comprehensive humanistic literacy. Therefore, it is advocated to optimize the elective courses of humanities in higher vocational colleges and universities, so as to realize the students' individual all-round.Coordination and sustainable development are of great significance.From the sampling investigation on the present situation of humanistic quality in secondary professional schools of automobile engineering in Wuxi Jiangsu Province, more and more middle and middle vocational schools begin to try and demonstrate the model and system construction of humanistic elective courses.In view of the complexity and discontinuity of the humanities elective curriculum, there is no way to have a complete and systematic syllabus or curriculum template just like other mature public courses.Teachers, students and graduates are dissatisfied with the current state of the humanities curriculum.The occurrence, development and maturity of any course require a process of continuous adjustment, adaptation and reform. The competent department of education that formulates the curriculum requirements, and the competent department of school educational administration that formulates the curriculum plan and implements the program, is in need of a process of continuous adjustment, adaptation and reform.The teachers who operate and implement the humanistic curriculum texts are suffering from the lack of a mature methodology system to guide and draw lessons from.Based on the concept of "expectation vision", which is one of the important concepts of Yao Si's theory system of reception aesthetics, this paper explores and studies the elective courses of humanities for engineering majors in vocational schools.It is shown from the relevant research materials at home and abroad that the concept of "vision of expectation" has entered into the practice of text translation, art appreciation, news aesthetic sense, and in the field of education, it is mainly embodied in the middle school, primary school Chinese curriculum and English curriculum.With the combination of political courses, many educators have paid close attention to this idea, and many primary school teachers have been keen to extend their tentacles into this field.All of these have laid a realistic foundation for the author to explore the concept of expectation vision and guide the humanities elective courses in engineering vocational colleges.Based on the questionnaire survey, the author summarizes the present situation and characteristics of the humanities elective courses of engineering major in foreign vocational schools, and grasps the potential "call" and "expectation" of engineering students to this kind of humanistic aesthetic appreciation.So we can learn from the principles of pedagogy and the new curriculum reform idea, innovate the teaching strategy, seek to broaden the students' life vision, increase the students' aesthetic experience and experience, and respond to the students' aesthetic expectations.This is our humanities elective course to study the subject and the significance of a useful attempt.
