邢台市高职院校辅导员职业化发展调查与对策研究

【摘要】:随着我国高等教育普及面的不断扩宽以及近年来高校毕业生就业压力的提高,高职教育成为新的教育增长点,高职院校的数量、规模、师资、教学质量等等均在大幅提高,高职教育的重要性已经不可小视。而辅导员队伍建设是高职教育事业发展中不可或缺的一个关键性环节,众多院校不得不对其辅导员队伍职业化的问题加以重视。 本文以自己多年的工作体验和所积累的大量文献资料为基础,以邢台市高职院校辅导员职业化发展现状为切入点,以邢台三所典型高职院校为考察对象,通过宏观与微观相结合的实证研究、个案分析、定性与定量分析的方法,尝试运用管理学、社会学、教育学、比较学等多学科的知识,多层次、多角度地探讨高职院校辅导员职业化发展问题,开展针对性、系统性的研究,以期在材料、内容、研究方法等方面有所创新。 本文的研究主要分为以下三个部分: 第一部分分析了高职院校辅导员职业化的涵义及意义,阐述了高校辅导员及其职业化的定义,从职业化的定义及其包含的要素入手,,明确了高职院校辅导员的职业条件和要求。并在此基础上,结合高职院校辅导员队伍的形成历程及其职业化发展进程,阐述和分析了新形势对于高职院校辅导员队伍职业化建设的新需要。 第二部分主要分析了目前我国高职院校辅导员职业化的状况。通过邢台三所高职院校的调查问卷,讨论高职院校推进辅导员队伍职业化工作中的成绩和问题,并且从推进主体、推进标准、推进方法和途径以及推进客体等方面,探寻高职院校辅导员队伍职业化瓶颈症结所在。 第三部分主要对高职辅导员职业发展中存在问题的原因进行分析,并提出相应的解决策略。笔者在分析高职院校辅导员队伍的职业化发展存在问题的原因时,首先分析了社会外环境的原因;其次分析了学校内环境的原因;再次分析了辅导员自身的原因;最后分析了学生自身特点发展的原因。在提出高职辅导员职业化发展的对策时,建议从三个方面作为高职院校辅导员队伍职业化建设的切入点,来实现高职院校辅导员队伍职业化发展的新途径,即:大力转变教育培养观念;改革完善高职院校辅导员人力资源管理制度,加大执行力度;培养学生自我教育能力,以学生的自我教育和管理,促进高职院校辅导员职业化。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of the popularization of higher education in China and the increasing employment pressure of college graduates in recent years, higher vocational education has become a new educational growth point. The number, scale, teachers, teaching quality and so on of higher vocational colleges have been greatly improved.The importance of higher vocational education cannot be underestimated.The construction of counselors is an indispensable key link in the development of higher vocational education. Many colleges and universities have to attach importance to the professionalization of their counselors.Based on many years' work experience and a great deal of literature, this paper takes the status quo of the professional development of counselors in Xingtai higher vocational colleges as the starting point, and takes three typical vocational colleges in Xingtai as the object of investigation.Through the combination of macro and micro empirical research, case analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, try to use management, sociology, education, comparative science and other multi-disciplinary knowledge, multi-level,This paper probes into the professional development of counselors in higher vocational colleges from many angles and carries out targeted and systematic research with a view to innovating in materials, contents and research methods.The research of this paper is divided into the following three parts:The first part analyzes the meaning and significance of the professionalization of counselors in higher vocational colleges, expounds the definition of counselors and their professionalization in higher vocational colleges, starting with the definition of professionalization and its elements, and clarifies the professional conditions and requirements of counselors in higher vocational colleges.On this basis, combined with the formation process and professionalization development process of counselors in higher vocational colleges, this paper expounds and analyzes the new needs for the professionalization construction of counselors in higher vocational colleges.The second part mainly analyzes the status quo of the professionalization of counselors in higher vocational colleges.Through the questionnaire survey of three higher vocational colleges in Xingtai, the paper discusses the achievements and problems in promoting the professionalization of counselors in higher vocational colleges, and from the aspects of promoting subjects, standards, methods and approaches, and advancing objects, etc.To explore the bottleneck of professionalization of counselors in higher vocational colleges.The third part mainly analyzes the causes of the problems in the career development of vocational counselors, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.When analyzing the reasons for the problems in the professionalization development of counselors in higher vocational colleges, the author first analyzes the reasons of the social external environment, secondly, analyzes the reasons of the school environment, and then analyzes the reasons of the counselors themselves.Finally, the author analyzes the reasons for the development of students' own characteristics.When putting forward the countermeasures of the professional development of the counselors in higher vocational colleges, it is suggested that the new way to realize the professionalization development of the counselors in higher vocational colleges should be taken as the breakthrough point of the professionalization construction of the counselors in the higher vocational colleges from three aspects.That is, to change the concept of education and cultivation, to reform and perfect the human resource management system of counselors in higher vocational colleges, to strengthen the implementation of the system, to cultivate students' ability of self-education, and to promote the professionalization of counselors in higher vocational colleges by means of self-education and management of students.
