目标管理视角下高职学生顶岗实习管理研究

【摘要】:当今我国处于高等教育快速发展的大众化时期,高职教育占据了其半壁江山,此外,经济的发展需要更多的应用型人才,这也对高职教育的发展提出了改革和提升的要求。顶岗实习是高职教育培养技能型人才的一种重要模式,是国家倡导的、符合高职教育规律的有效举措,因此,顶岗实习成为当前各高职院校普遍采用和重视的人才培养方式。然而,在现实操作中,顶岗实习作为校外实习给管理带来了很大的难题,如何选择一种合适、高效的管理方法,如何实施实习管理成为一个必须思考也值得研究的方向。 目标管理作为二十世纪五十年代著名的激励管理理论之一,意在将某一组织的整体目标转换为组织单位和每个成员目标,并且积极实现人的自我管理,强调目标和结果,最大程度发挥管理效能。本文就力图从目标管理的视角下去探索适合当今高职学生顶岗实习管理的有效方式。 本文从目标管理的内涵、特点及理论框架入手,将目标管理的核心思想进行了呈现。然后在调查实施的基础上,从目标管理视角下指出高职学生顶岗实习管理存在的问题,主要从顶岗实习前期管理、过程管理、结果管理三方面谈起。接着对产生问题的原因进行分析,笔者认为主要有各主体认识不够、管理难度大、保障条件不足三方面主要原因。 针对顶岗实习管理中存在的问题,笔者在目标管理视角下对顶岗实习管理的提出了四大优化对策:建立顶岗实习管理目标体系、有效进行实习过程管理、科学评估实习管理、建立管理保障系统。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, our country is in the period of rapid development of higher education, and higher vocational education has occupied half of it. In addition, the development of economy needs more applied talents, which also puts forward the requirements of reform and promotion for the development of higher vocational education. Job placement practice is an important mode of training skilled talents in higher vocational education, which is advocated by the state and is an effective measure in accordance with the law of higher vocational education. However, in the practical operation, post practice as an outside practice has brought a great problem to the management. How to choose a suitable and efficient management method and how to implement the practice management has become a direction that must be considered and worth studying. Objective management, as one of the famous incentive management theories in the 1950s, aims to transform the whole goal of an organization into an organizational unit and each member's goal, and actively realize the self-management of people, emphasizing goals and results. Maximize management effectiveness. This paper tries to explore an effective way to fit the post practice management of higher vocational students from the perspective of objective management. Starting with the connotation, characteristics and theoretical framework of goal management, this paper presents the core idea of goal management. Then, on the basis of investigation and implementation, this paper points out the problems existing in the management of post placement practice of higher vocational students from the perspective of objective management, mainly from three aspects: early management of post practice, process management and result management. Then the causes of the problems are analyzed. The author thinks that there are three main reasons: insufficient understanding of the main bodies, difficult management and insufficient security conditions. In view of the problems existing in the practice management of the post, the author puts forward four optimized countermeasures for the management of the practice in the perspective of objective management: establishing the target system of the practice management on the post, effectively carrying out the management of the practice process, and scientifically evaluating the practice management. Establish a management support system.
