现代职业教育课程目标取向探析

【摘要】：现代职业教育致力于构建职业教育与终身教育的衔接体系,具有现代性、国际性、个性化的特征。基于此,现代职业教育课程目标取向在于:以学生为本;由就业导向转为职业生涯发展导向;注重普职融合;课程目标向人才培养目标回归。
[Abstract]:Modern vocational education is devoted to constructing the linking system of vocational education and lifelong education, which has the characteristics of modernity, internationality and individuation. Based on this, the goal orientation of modern vocational education curriculum lies in: student-oriented; from employment-oriented to career development; pay attention to the integration of vocational education; the return of curriculum goals to the goal of talent training.
