我国高等职业院校精准扶贫的价值与路径

【摘要】：在精准扶贫战略中,教育扶贫尤其是职业教育扶贫被摆在关键位置。作为职业教育重要载体的高等职业院校已然成为国家精准扶贫的攻坚力量。高职院校应充分发挥办学优势,改革和完善校内办学制度和校外帮扶制度,全方位参与到精准扶贫当中,具体改革路径有:深化院校招生制度,实现精准招生;完善贫困生资助体系,实现精准资助;推进人才培养制度改革,实现精准培养;重视创业教育,实现精准就业;健全服务三农工作机制,实现精准服务。
[Abstract]:In the strategy of precision poverty alleviation, education poverty alleviation, especially vocational education poverty alleviation is placed in the key position. As an important carrier of vocational education, vocational colleges and universities have become the key force of national precision poverty alleviation. Higher vocational colleges should give full play to the advantages of running a school, reform and improve the school running system and the help system outside the school, and participate in all aspects of helping the poor with precision. The specific ways of reform are: deepening the enrollment system of colleges and universities, realizing accurate enrollment; Improve the funding system for poor students to achieve precision funding; promote the reform of talent training system to achieve precision training; attach importance to entrepreneurship education to achieve precision employment; improve the work mechanism of the three rural areas and farmers to achieve precision services.
