职业带理论视角下高职专科与应用本科衔接的人才培养模式研究

【摘要】：文章基于"职业带理论",以应用型人才培养为目标,从高职的角度出发,探讨在新的经济形势下技术型人才与工程型人才衔接的人才培养模式。针对应用型人才的培养从结构上应进行顶层设计;战略上应形成校—企—校三方人才培养联盟,形成产教融合;专业建设上实现专业结构优化,与产业行业相对接;总体上体现"应用"为导向的创新型人才培养模式;加强人才培养模式研究,为高职专科—应用本科人才衔接提供理论支撑。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of "occupation belt" and aiming at the cultivation of applied talents, this paper probes into the talent training mode of connecting technical talents and engineering talents in the new economic situation from the point of view of higher vocational education. Aiming at the cultivation of application-oriented talents, the top-level design should be carried out from the structure; strategically, we should form a talent training alliance between school, enterprise and school, and form the integration of industry and education, and realize the optimization of the professional structure in the construction of specialty, which should be connected with the industry and industry. On the whole, it embodies the "application-oriented" innovative talent training model, strengthens the research on the talent training mode, and provides the theoretical support for the linkage between higher vocational colleges and applied undergraduate talents.
