当前我国高职院校学生思想政治教育问题研究

【摘要】：高职院校是我国高等教育体系中的一个重要组成部分,并以为我国社会主义经济建设培养优秀人才为主要发展目标。高职院校培养的人才广布各行各业,为我国社会主义经济建设奠定了良好的人才基础。这支主要力量能否充分发挥他们的应有作用,既要看他们是否具备应有的专业技术能力,同时更要看他们是否具备应有的思想政治素质。“他们的思想政治状况、道德品质、科学文化素质和健康素质如何,不仅直接关系现阶段中华民族的素质,而且直接关系未来中华民族的素质。特别是大学生思想政治素质如何,更是直接关系到党和国家的前途命运。”高职院校学生思想政治教育工作承载着加强和提高学生思想政治素的重要职责,高职院校学生思想政治教育工作进展的如何,直接影响着学生的思想政治素质的高低。因此,加强研究高职院校学生思想政治教育问题并全面了解高职院校学生思想政治教育现状,深入探析高职院校思想政治发展问题,并根据高职院校思想政治教育特点,探索进一步加强和改进高职院校学生思想政治教育的改善建议,对提高高职院校思想政治教育水平有着极大意义。全文共分为三个部分:第一部分阐述了高职院校学生的特点、思想政治教育特点及思想政治教育的主要任务,强调了高职院校思想政治教育在提升学生的职业素质、培养学生的职业精神和加强学生的化文化修养等方面的重要作用。第二部分全面分析了我国高职院校学生思想政治教育现状即存在问题,并对造成这些问题的原因进行了剖析,为探寻改善高职院校思想政治教育建议提供了良好基础。第三部分具体阐述了加强高职院校学生思想政治教育的各项措施,分别从强化认识、探索新的教育模式、构建思想政治教育体系和构建一支满足思想政治教育的师资队伍等方面提出了相应的建议。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational colleges are an important part of China's higher education system, and the main development goal is to train outstanding talents for the socialist economic construction of our country. The talents cultivated in higher vocational colleges are widely distributed in various trades, which has laid a good talent foundation for the socialist economic construction of our country. Whether this main force can give full play to their due role depends not only on whether they have the proper professional and technical ability, but also on whether they have the due ideological and political quality. "their ideological and political status, moral quality, scientific and cultural quality and health quality are not only directly related to the quality of the Chinese nation at the present stage, but also directly related to the quality of the future Chinese nation. In particular, the ideological and political quality of college students is directly related to the future and destiny of the Party and the country. " The ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges bears the important duty of strengthening and improving the ideological and political elements of students. The progress of ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges directly affects the ideological and political quality of students. Therefore, we should strengthen the study of the ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges and fully understand the present situation of ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges, and probe into the problems of ideological and political development in higher vocational colleges, and according to the characteristics of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, It is of great significance to further strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges. The thesis is divided into three parts: the first part expounds the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges, the characteristics of ideological and political education and the main tasks of ideological and political education, and emphasizes that ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is improving the professional quality of students. It plays an important role in cultivating students' professional spirit and strengthening their cultural accomplishment. The second part comprehensively analyzes the current situation of ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges in our country, and analyzes the causes of these problems, which provides a good basis for exploring and improving the suggestions of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. The third part elaborates the measures to strengthen the ideological and political education of the students in higher vocational colleges, and explores the new educational model from the perspective of strengthening the understanding. The author puts forward some suggestions on how to construct a system of ideological and political education and how to build a contingent of teachers to meet the needs of ideological and political education.
