我国中等和高等职业教育衔接的历史、现状及趋势

【摘要】：当前我国经济发展正面临重要的战略机遇期,抓住和利用好这一重要战略机遇期,加快我国经济社会的发展,就必须培养出符合时代发展要求的高素质人才队伍。职业教育作为我国教育体系的重要组成部分,担负着培养数以千计的高素质劳动者和专门人才的重要使命,通过加强中高职衔接,不仅可以完善职业教育体系,而且有利于完善职业教育的人才结构。 1998年,教育部在《面向21世纪教育振兴行动计划》中第一次以文件的形式提出了“逐步研究建立普通高等教育与职业技术教育之间的立交桥”,开始我国的中高职衔接就走向实践探索之路。本文通过文献研究法,从国内外的中等和高等职业教育衔接的理论研究出发,结合我国的中高职衔接发展的历史,以及发展现状,针对存在的问题进行原因分析,并展望中等和高等职业教育衔接的未来发展。全文共分为四个部分,第一部分主要是阐述中等和高等职业教育衔接的研究意义；阐述中等和高等职业教育的理论基础和国内外研究现状。第二部分主要是介绍我国中等和高等职业教育衔接的历史发展。第三部分分析我国中等和高等职业教育衔接的现状,发掘在衔接过程中存在的问题,对其成因进行深入分析。第四部分主要展望我国中等和高等职业教育衔接未来发展。
[Abstract]:At present, China's economic development is facing an important strategic opportunity period. To seize and make good use of this important strategic opportunity period and speed up the development of our country's economy and society, we must cultivate a contingent of high-quality talents who meet the needs of the development of the times. As an important part of our country's education system, vocational education is charged with the important mission of training thousands of high-quality workers and specialized talents. By strengthening the connection between middle and high vocational education, we can not only perfect the vocational education system, And is advantageous to consummate the vocational education talented person structure. In 1998, the Ministry of Education, for the first time in the Plan of Action for the Revitalization of Education towards the 21st Century, proposed in the form of a document, "step by step study on the establishment of a bridge between general higher education and vocational and technical education". The beginning of China's middle and higher vocational convergence will go to the road of practical exploration. Through the method of literature research, starting from the theoretical research on the convergence of secondary and higher vocational education at home and abroad, combined with the history of the development of middle and higher vocational education in our country, and the present situation of development, this paper analyzes the reasons for the existing problems. And look forward to the future development of secondary and higher vocational education. The paper is divided into four parts. The first part is mainly about the significance of the research on the convergence of secondary and higher vocational education, the theoretical basis of secondary and higher vocational education and the current research situation at home and abroad. The second part mainly introduces the historical development of secondary and higher vocational education in China. The third part analyzes the current situation of secondary and higher vocational education in China, explores the problems in the process of convergence, and analyzes its causes. The fourth part mainly looks forward to the future development of secondary and higher vocational education in China.
