制约中职学校德育实效的校企因素分析和对策研究

【摘要】:尽管职业教育在大力发展,中职学校也越来越重视德育工作,然而德育工作的实效性却容易被忽视。学校在开展了大量的德育工作之后,德育工作是否行之有效,能否达到预期的目标,德育工作的实效性如何去衡量也成为了令许多中职学校校长和教师头疼的问题,很多班主任在感慨,尽管对学生非常的尽心尽责,,几乎到了妈妈级的关怀备至,到头来却不被学生所喜欢。很多企业也在抱怨部分中职实习生难以管理,不听管教。本文就是从学校和企业两个角度来对制约中职学校的德育实效性的因素来进行分析,并提出相应的提高中职德育实效性的对策。 全文共分为四个部分。第一部分主要是基本概念的界定,对中等职业学校德育的概念、中等职业学校德育的内容、中职学校德育实效性的内涵来进行探讨。 第二部分是个案研究。主要是介绍广州市旅游商务职业学校、番禺区职业技术学校以及广州市交通运输学校的德育实效性的现状,通过发放调查问卷、观察法以及访谈的方式来了解这三所中职的德育工作现状以及发现其德育工作存在的问题。 第三部分是结合笔者在部分中职学校调研的第一手资料,对制约中职学校德育实效性的校企因素进行剖析。教师队伍基本素质差、生源状况不佳、学校校长领导能力不强和学校规章制度不合理构成了制约中职学校实效性的学校因素;企业文化精神对中职学校德育的影响缺陷、企业制度与中职学校德育的衔接问题、企业员工的示范效应问题和企业领导的责任感感缺失构成了制约中职学校实效性的企业因素。 第四部分是在第三部分的基础上,提出相应的提高中职学校德育实效性的对策,主要包括企业如何树立正确的德育观以及学校怎样来重构德育体系。
[Abstract]:Although vocational education is developing vigorously, secondary vocational schools pay more and more attention to moral education, but the effectiveness of moral education is easy to be ignored. After a lot of moral education has been carried out in schools, whether the moral education work is effective or not, whether it can achieve the expected goals, and how to measure the effectiveness of moral education work has become a headache for many principals and teachers in secondary vocational schools. Many class teachers in the feeling, although very dedicated to the students, almost to the mother level care, but in the end is not liked by the students. Many companies are also complaining that some secondary vocational interns are difficult to manage, do not listen to discipline. This paper analyzes the factors restricting the effectiveness of moral education in secondary vocational schools from the perspectives of schools and enterprises, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of moral education in secondary vocational schools. The full text is divided into four parts. The first part is the definition of basic concepts, the concept of moral education in secondary vocational schools, the content of moral education in secondary vocational schools, and the connotation of the effectiveness of moral education in secondary vocational schools. The second part is case study. It mainly introduces the actual effect of moral education in Guangzhou Tourism Business School, Panyu District Vocational and Technical School and Guangzhou Transportation School, and issues questionnaires. The methods of observation and interview are used to understand the present situation of moral education in these three secondary vocational schools and to find out the problems existing in their moral education. The third part analyzes the factors that restrict the effectiveness of moral education in secondary vocational schools. The poor basic quality of teachers, the poor status of students, the poor leadership of school principals and the irrationality of school rules and regulations constitute the school factors that restrict the effectiveness of secondary vocational schools, and the influence of enterprise culture spirit on moral education in secondary vocational schools. The connection between the enterprise system and the moral education of the secondary vocational school, the demonstration effect of the enterprise staff and the lack of the sense of responsibility of the enterprise leader constitute the enterprise factors that restrict the effectiveness of the secondary vocational school. On the basis of the third part, the fourth part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of moral education in secondary vocational schools, mainly including how to set up a correct view of moral education and how to reconstruct the moral education system in schools.
