中职数控专业“一体化”教学的优化研究

【摘要】:一体化教学模式指专业理论和操作技能组合成一体进行教学的模式,是实践与理论的有机结合。数控专业是机电类中职技术学校(中职)一门重要课程,以培养熟练掌握零件数控编程与加工技能的高素质技能型专门人才为目标,是职业教育的重要专业,对推动中国制造业的发展具有极其关键的作用。文章介绍了一体化教学模式的概念和实现方法,一体化教学在国内外的研究现状和一体化教学的优缺点,并通过对数控专业一体化教学模式进行优化,明显提升了教学质量,取得良好的教学效果。本文分为五部分,第一部分绪论主要介绍了课题研究的背景及意义,国内外的研究现状总结和研究方法分析,并对目前研究中存在的问题进行独到的分析,界定了数控专业、教学模式、“一体化”教学模式等相关概念。第二部分主要通过分析中职学校数控专业人才培养目标和职业培养要求,深化对本课题研究目标的认识。第三部分主要通过对中职学校数控专业教学目标“一体化”的现状、教学内容“一体化”现状、教学时空“一体化”现状、师资“一体化”现状、教学评价“一体化”现状的分析,证明了数控专业“一体化”教学改革势在必行。第四部分结合广西机电工业学校数控专业《数控车床编程与操作》“一体化”教学案例实际情况,通过对工作任务分析、教学目标、教学方法的选择、精益化管理理念下“一体化”教学实施进行详细的说明,以验证“一体化”教学模式优化的可行性。第五部分通过对数控技术应用专业的“一体化”教材的开发、“一体化”教室建设、师资队伍建设进行优化研究,在教学活动中把理论和实践教学、生产服务、科研开发等内容结合起来,在实践中教理论,在运用中学技术。
[Abstract]:Integrated teaching mode refers to the combination of professional theory and operational skills, which is an organic combination of practice and theory. Numerical control major is an important course in electromechanical secondary vocational technical school (secondary vocational school). It aims at training high quality technical talents who can master NC programming and machining skills of parts, and is an important major in vocational education. To promote the development of China's manufacturing industry has an extremely critical role. This paper introduces the concept and realization method of integrated teaching mode, the present research situation of integrated teaching at home and abroad, the advantages and disadvantages of integrated teaching, and by optimizing the integrated teaching mode of NC specialty, the teaching quality is obviously improved. Good teaching effect has been achieved. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part of the introduction mainly introduces the background and significance of the research, the research status at home and abroad summary and research methods analysis, and the existing problems in the study of the original analysis, define the NC specialty. Teaching model, "integrated" teaching model and other related concepts. The second part mainly through the analysis of the secondary vocational school numerical control professional personnel training goals and vocational training requirements to deepen the understanding of the research objectives. The third part mainly through the secondary vocational school numerical control specialty teaching goal "integration" the present situation, the teaching content "the integration" present situation, the teaching space-time "integration" present situation, the teacher "integration" present situation. The analysis of the present situation of "integration" in teaching evaluation proves that it is imperative to reform the "integration" teaching of NC specialty. The fourth part combines the actual situation of "NC Lathe programming and Operation" teaching case of NC major in Guangxi Electromechanical and Electrical Industry School, through the analysis of work task, the choice of teaching target and teaching method. In order to verify the feasibility of the optimization of "integrated" teaching mode, the implementation of "integration" teaching under the concept of lean management is explained in detail. In the fifth part, through the research on the development of "integrated" teaching material, the construction of "integrated" classroom and the construction of teaching staff in the application of numerical control technology, the theory and practice teaching and production service are provided in the teaching activities. Combining scientific research and development, teaching theory in practice and applying middle school technology.
