郑州C技师学院师资队伍建设问题研究

【摘要】:十三五时期,我国经济发展进入新常态,面对着当前国际国内形势的剧烈变化,为继续保持我国经济竞争优势,十三五规划提出了一系列行之有效的改革措施和战略计划,如人才强国战略、创新驱动发展战略等。这些战略的实施无一不需要强有力的人才支撑,但目前来看,我国现有的高技能人才队伍无论在规模上,还是结构上,抑或是素质上,都无法满足产业发展和经济强国建设的需求。因此,加快构建现代技工教育体系,是培养后备产业工人和高技能人才的有效途径,也是实现全面建成小康社会、技能强国目标的有力支撑。发展教育,关键在于教师。因此,研究如何建设一支满足需要、结构合理、素质优良、专兼结合的教师队伍,对于加快培养充足数量的高素质职业人才具有十分重要的现实意义。本文采用文献研究、访谈调查及案例研究等方法,通过对技工院校郑州C技师学院师资队伍的实际情况进行调查分析,梳理分析出该学院师资队伍建设中存在的问题及原因,并根据当前产业结构优化升级的要求和技工教育的培养目标,为郑州C技师学院师资队伍建设提出行之有效和具体可行的解决措施和方案,以期为同类技工院校师资队伍建设提供可借鉴之处。全文共分为四个部分:第一部分,介绍了论文的研究背景、研究意义以及国内外研究现状,梳理了研究思路和研究方法,并对相关概念进行了界定,确定了论文的研究框架。第二部分,阐述了技工教育师资队伍建设的背景、现状,并分析了当前形势下对技工院校师资队伍的要求。第三部分,通过对技工院校郑州C技师学院师资队伍的实际情况进行调查分析,总结郑州C技师学院师资队伍建设的现状以及存在的问题,并进行了原因分析。第四部分,结合相关理论和郑州C技师学院的实际,提出了相应的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, China's economic development entered a new normal. In the face of the dramatic changes in the current international and domestic situation, in order to continue to maintain our economic competitive advantage, the 13th Five-Year Plan put forward a series of effective reform measures and strategic plans. Such as talent strategy, innovation-driven development strategy and so on. The implementation of these strategies all need strong talent support, but at present, China's existing high-skilled talent team in terms of scale, structure, or quality, Can not meet the needs of industrial development and economic power construction. Therefore, speeding up the construction of the modern technical education system is an effective way to train the reserve industrial workers and highly skilled personnel, and is also the powerful support to realize the goal of building a well-off society and a powerful country with strong skills in an all-round way. The key to developing education lies in teachers. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study how to build a contingent of teachers who meet the needs, have a reasonable structure, have excellent quality and combine with each other in order to speed up the cultivation of sufficient number of high-quality professional talents. This paper adopts the methods of literature research, interview investigation and case study, through investigating and analyzing the actual situation of teachers in Zhengzhou C technician College of Technical College, and combing out the problems and reasons in the construction of teaching staff in this college. According to the requirements of industrial structure optimization and upgrading and the training goal of technical education, this paper puts forward effective and practical solutions and schemes for the construction of teachers in Zhengzhou C technician College. In order to provide reference for the construction of teachers in similar technical colleges. The paper is divided into four parts: the first part introduces the research background, research significance and research status at home and abroad, combs the research ideas and research methods, defines the relevant concepts, and determines the research framework. In the second part, the author expounds the background and present situation of the construction of technical education teachers, and analyzes the requirements of teachers in technical colleges and universities under the current situation. The third part, through the investigation and analysis of the actual situation of the teaching staff of Zhengzhou C technician College, summarizes the present situation and the existing problems of the construction of the teaching staff in Zhengzhou C technician College, and analyzes the reasons. The fourth part, combined with the relevant theory and the reality of Zhengzhou C technician College, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
