【摘要】:大学生学业规划是在职业生涯规划发展的基础上演变而来的,近年来学者、专家才对此展开相应的研究。学业规划是职业规划在大学学业方面的体现,对其进行研究大多需要借鉴职业规划理论,结合学业规划的特点完善学业规划体系。高职学生学业规划是指高职学生依据自身的特点、兴趣及学业前景确定自己的学业目标,结合学业规划的原则、方法、步骤制定符合自身发展需要的学业规划,从而确保学业规划顺利实施的过程。学业规划是顺应学生学业发展的需求而产生的,高职学生进行学业规划具有很强的实践和理论意义。对于学生来说有利于学生全面认识自己,提升自己的能力和综合素质,顺利实现就业。对于高职院校则有利于高职院校加快改革的步伐,增强自身竞争实力,提高院校知名度,为招生工作打下坚实的基础。本文主要采用问卷调查法、访谈法、文献法、比较法等方法进行调查,通过对调查数据进行分析总结目前学业规划存在的问题,对这些问题进行归纳,深入探讨原因,从不同的角度来解决学业规划。目前,高职院校在学业规划方面存在的问题主要有:对学业规划的重视程度不足,实施学业规划的意识比较淡薄,专业设置不够合理,缺乏专门的机构对学生学业规划进行指导,对支持学业规划的软硬件设施投入不足。而大学生自身缺乏学业规划意识,自我认知不足,自身的不成熟性导致在行动上难以将学业规划落实,同时学业规划理论的缺失也影响高职学生学业规划的实施。推进学业规划的实施,应在深入了解学业规划内容的基础上,遵循相应的原则、方法,从多层次、多角度入手,完善学业规划实施体系。本文主要通过对学业规划的概念、现状及存在的问题进行分析从以下三个方面提升学业规划:首先树立先进理念,改变现在没有制定学业规划或学业规划不够灵活等现状,从思想上重视学业规划;其次,从学生、学校、家长等多主体构建学业规划体系。学生应该深入了解学业规划的内涵、依据自身的特点设定学业规划目标、在实施过程中修正学业规划、对学业规划实施结果及时进行反馈并加以改正;高职院校应该从软硬件设施、实施环境、教师配套等方面帮助高职学生实施学业规划,从而确保学业规划的顺利进行;最后,依据高职学生及学业规划的特点,阶段性实施学业规划。
[Abstract]:The academic planning of college students is based on the development of career planning, which has been studied by scholars and experts in recent years. Academic planning is the embodiment of career planning in college studies, most of its research needs to learn from the theory of career planning, combined with the characteristics of academic planning to improve the academic planning system. The academic planning of higher vocational students is to determine their academic goals according to their own characteristics, interests and academic prospects, combining the principles, methods and steps of academic planning to formulate academic plans that meet the needs of their own development. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of academic planning process. Academic planning is produced in accordance with the needs of students' academic development. It is of great practical and theoretical significance for higher vocational students to carry out academic planning. For students, it is beneficial for students to fully understand themselves, to improve their ability and comprehensive quality, and to achieve employment smoothly. For higher vocational colleges, it is helpful for higher vocational colleges to accelerate the pace of reform, strengthen their own competitive strength, improve their popularity, and lay a solid foundation for enrollment work. This paper mainly adopts the methods of questionnaire, interview, literature, comparison and so on. Through the analysis of the survey data, the problems existing in the current academic planning are summarized, and the reasons for these problems are deeply discussed. Solve the problem of academic planning from different angles. At present, the problems existing in academic planning in higher vocational colleges are as follows: the degree of attention to academic planning is insufficient, the consciousness of implementing academic planning is relatively weak, and the professional setting is not reasonable. Lack of specialized institutions to guide students' academic planning, lack of investment in software and hardware facilities to support academic planning. However, the lack of awareness of academic planning, lack of self-cognition and immaturity of college students make it difficult to carry out academic planning in action. Meanwhile, the lack of academic planning theory also affects the implementation of academic planning of higher vocational students. The implementation of academic planning should be carried out on the basis of in-depth understanding of the content of academic planning, follow the corresponding principles and methods, and improve the implementation system of academic planning from multiple levels and angles. By analyzing the concept, status quo and existing problems of academic planning, this paper promotes academic planning from the following three aspects: first, to establish advanced ideas, to change the current situation, such as no academic planning or lack of flexibility in academic planning, and so on. Secondly, construct academic planning system from students, schools, parents and so on. Students should deeply understand the connotation of academic planning, set academic planning goals according to their own characteristics, revise academic planning in the process of implementation, and give timely feedback and correction to the results of academic planning. Higher vocational colleges should help higher vocational students carry out academic planning from the aspects of hardware and software facilities, implementation environment and teachers' matching, so as to ensure the smooth progress of academic planning. Finally, according to the characteristics of higher vocational students and academic planning, Stage implementation of academic planning.
