中职院校教学模式改革研究

【摘要】:现今职业教育相比于普通教育来说理论知识较为单薄,从而使现在的职业教育工作存在一定的随意性和盲目性,导致职业教育理论体系不是很完善,给职业教育教学带来了很多不便。因此对这一领域的研究成为越来越多学者关注的课题。这一课题的深入研究将会给职业教育带来理论和实践两个层面的重要意义。从理论层面来看,对职业教育的研究有助于进一步完善职业教育理论体系,拓宽该学科的研究领域,为更多学者更好地理解和认识职业教育奠定基石。从实践意义来看职业教育的深入发展将会带来或间接促进世界各国技术和技能型人才的快速发展。为职业教育进一步走向丰富、走向独立、走向完善提供更为广阔的平台。现实中职业学校教学质量差,学生学习兴趣低下等问题一直困扰职业教育的发展,对职业教育的形象产生了不良影响。虽然从90年代之后,职业学校的课程设置与教学模式改革发展很快,但真正做到用系统的、充分的理论去教育学生,用科学的、实际的方法去引导学生,用先进的、完善的设备去锻炼学生还差得很多,这些要求的不到位最终成为了职业教育课程改革成果最终不能落实的障碍。本文就是通过分析我国中职院校教学模式所存在的现状与问题,同时借鉴国外教学模式经验。对我国中职院校的教学模式改革进行深入研究,提出了切实可行的我国中职院校教学模式改革的建议。职业教育在推动国民经济发展中占有重要的地位,本文通过对国内职业教育所存在问题的深入分析,对比国外先进的职业教育教学模式理论,提出了可供我国职业教育的借鉴之处。并对影响中职院校教育发展的因素做了主要归纳,最后提出了中职院校教学模式改革的方法。本着教育教学的务实态度,我们必须踏踏实实的找出问题,仔仔细细的分析问题,兢兢业业的解决问题,充分利用一切的资源,为完善我国中职院校的职业教育模式不懈努力。本论文选定职业教育模式为研究方向,旨在推进职业教育教学模式的改革研究,为提高职业学校的教学质量,服务社会贡献微薄之力。
[Abstract]:Compared with the general education, the present vocational education is relatively weak in theoretical knowledge, which makes the present vocational education work have some randomness and blindness, resulting in the vocational education theory system is not very perfect. It brings a lot of inconvenience to vocational education and teaching. Therefore, more and more scholars pay attention to the research in this field. The in-depth study of this subject will bring great significance to vocational education both in theory and practice. Theoretically, the research on vocational education is helpful to further improve the theoretical system of vocational education, broaden the research field of the subject, and lay the foundation for more scholars to better understand and understand vocational education. In practical sense, the further development of vocational education will bring or indirectly promote the rapid development of technical and skilled talents around the world. It provides a broader platform for vocational education to become rich, independent and perfect. The development of vocational education has been troubled by the poor teaching quality and low interest of students in vocational schools in reality, which has had a bad effect on the image of vocational education. Although the reform of curriculum and teaching mode in vocational schools has developed rapidly since the 1990s, they have really achieved the goal of educating students with systematic and adequate theories, guiding students with scientific and practical methods, and using advanced ones. Perfect equipment to train students is still a lot worse, these requirements are not in place eventually become a vocational education curriculum reform results can not be implemented. This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of the teaching mode in secondary vocational colleges and universities in China, and draws lessons from the experience of foreign teaching models at the same time. This paper makes a thorough study on the reform of teaching mode in secondary vocational colleges and puts forward some feasible suggestions for the reform of teaching mode in secondary vocational colleges. Vocational education plays an important role in promoting the development of national economy. Based on the in-depth analysis of the problems existing in vocational education in China, this paper compares the advanced theories of vocational education and teaching mode abroad. This paper puts forward some references for vocational education in our country. The main factors influencing the development of secondary vocational colleges are summarized, and the methods of teaching mode reform in vocational colleges and universities are put forward in the end. In line with the pragmatic attitude of education and teaching, we must find out the problems, analyze the problems carefully, solve the problems conscientiously, make full use of all the resources, and make unremitting efforts to perfect the vocational education model of the secondary vocational colleges in our country. The purpose of this paper is to promote the reform and research of vocational education teaching mode, to improve the teaching quality of vocational schools and to serve the society.
