学校气氛对中职生网络成瘾的影响研究

【摘要】:随着互联网的快速发展,我国青少年网民的人数越来越多,中职生作为青少年的一份子,已成为了网民的重要组成部分。互联网普及给人们带来便利的同时,也因网络成瘾造成不良影响,中职生因其特殊性,其网络成瘾现象更加严重。学校是中职生学习和生活的重要场所,对学生的心理与行为发展具有重要影响。以往对于网络成瘾的原因分析和建议多从学生个人特点、家庭教育、学校管理等方面进行探究,对学生实际生存和感知到的环境心理气氛较少关注。本研究从学生感知的角度探究学校气氛对中职生网络成瘾的影响。基于自我实现理论、自我决定理论、勒温的场论和阶段—环境匹配理论,分析学校气氛对中职生网络成瘾的影响。运用调查法和访谈法收集资料,从学校气氛的师生关系、同学关系、学业压力、秩序与纪律、多样性发展、教学气氛和就业措施七个维度对网络成瘾的影响进行了研究。对552名中职生进行问卷调查,并选取10名有代表性的中职生进行深入访谈,研究结果表明,中职生网络成瘾人数占总人数的9.82%。网络依赖者占总人数的22%,所占比例较大,有可能进一步发展成为网络成瘾者,因此应加强对中职生网络依赖者的重视和教育引导。在网络成瘾类型方面,网络游戏成瘾者占12.39%。网络信息成瘾者占12.73%。网络关系成瘾者占11.98%。中职生在师生关系、同学关系、秩序与纪律、发展多样性和教学气氛上的得分与网络成瘾总分呈显著负相关,在学业压力上的得分与网络成瘾总分呈显著正相关。方差分析表明,中职生网络成瘾在师生关系、同学关系、学业压力、秩序与纪律、多样性发展存在差异性。回归分析显示,秩序与纪律,学业压力对网络成瘾具有预测作用。总体来看,学校气氛越积极,中职生网络成瘾倾向就越少。在上述分析基础上,针对创设积极学校气氛改善中职生网络成瘾,提出了营造与中职生心理需求匹配的学校气氛;创设具有吸引力的教学气氛;维持恰当学业压力;创建良好的学校秩序与纪律等对策和建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet, there are more and more youth netizens in our country. As a part of teenagers, secondary vocational students have become an important part of Internet users. The popularity of the Internet brings convenience to people, but also because of the bad effects of Internet addiction, secondary vocational students because of its particularity, the phenomenon of Internet addiction is more serious. School is an important place for secondary vocational students to study and live, which has an important influence on students' psychological and behavioral development. In the past, the causes of Internet addiction were analyzed and suggested from the aspects of students' personal characteristics, family education, school management and so on, and less attention was paid to the students' actual existence and perceived environmental psychological atmosphere. This study explores the influence of school atmosphere on secondary vocational students' internet addiction from the perspective of students' perception. Based on self-realization theory, self-decision theory, Lewin's field theory and phase-environment matching theory, this paper analyzes the influence of school atmosphere on secondary vocational students' Internet addiction. By means of investigation and interview, the influence of seven dimensions of school atmosphere, teacher-student relationship, schoolmate relationship, academic pressure, order and discipline, diversity development, teaching atmosphere and employment measures on Internet addiction was studied. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 552 secondary vocational students and 10 representative secondary vocational students were selected for in-depth interviews. The results showed that the number of iad in secondary vocational school students accounted for 9.82% of the total. Network dependent persons account for 22% of the total number and account for a large proportion, which may further develop into Internet addicts. Therefore, we should pay more attention to the secondary vocational school students' network dependence and guide them to education. In the type of Internet addiction, the Internet game addiction accounted for 12.39. Internet information addiction accounted for 12.73. Internet relationship addicts accounted for 11.98%. The scores of secondary vocational students in teacher-student relationship, classmate relationship, order and discipline, diversity of development and teaching atmosphere were negatively correlated with the total score of Internet addiction, and the score of academic stress was positively correlated with the total score of Internet addiction. The variance analysis shows that there are differences in the relationship between teachers and students, the relationship between students and students, academic pressure, order and discipline, and the development of diversity among secondary vocational school students. Regression analysis showed that order and discipline, academic stress had a predictive effect on Internet addiction. Overall, the more positive the school atmosphere, the less the secondary vocational students tend to become addicted to internet. On the basis of the above analysis, aiming at creating a positive school atmosphere to improve the secondary vocational students' internet addiction, this paper puts forward a school atmosphere that matches the psychological needs of the secondary vocational school students, creates an attractive teaching atmosphere, and maintains the proper academic pressure. To establish good school order and discipline and other countermeasures and suggestions.
