我国加快发展现代职业教育面临的若干难点解析

【摘要】：我国职业教育近年来在国家一系列政策措施的推动下,实现了快速发展,为现代职业教育发展奠定了基础,但是一些突出的难题仍然阻碍着职业教育的加快发展。其表现在:职业教育规模还面临着下滑风险;以本科高校转型为主要任务的现代职业教育体系建设推进困难;企业举办职业教育的积极性仍然不高。加快发展现代职业教育,必须进一步优化教育结构,巩固和扩大职业教育规模;实质性推进本科高校转型,完善现代职业教育体系建设;明确企业办学主体责任,建立与社会主义市场经济体制相适应的办学体制。
[Abstract]:In recent years, vocational education in our country has realized rapid development under the impetus of a series of national policies and measures, which has laid the foundation for the development of modern vocational education, but some outstanding problems still hinder the rapid development of vocational education. It shows that the scale of vocational education is still facing the risk of decline; the construction of modern vocational education system with the transformation of undergraduate colleges and universities as the main task is difficult; the enthusiasm of enterprises to organize vocational education is still not high. To speed up the development of modern vocational education, we must further optimize the educational structure, consolidate and expand the scale of vocational education, substantially promote the transformation of undergraduate colleges and universities, perfect the construction of modern vocational education system, and make clear the responsibility of the main body of running a school. To establish a school-running system in line with the socialist market economic system.
