高职院校“学生评教”教学考评现象探究——基于X高职院校学生抽样调查

【摘要】：根据随机抽样调查原则,对X高职院校270名学生进行了有效问卷调查,从学生评教现状、学生评教指标、学生评教过程、学生评教结果四个方面得出了一系列实证研究结论。研究发现,从评教指标来看,指标体系设计主体单一,指标语言阅读晦涩难懂;从评教过程来看,存在从众心理和缺乏宣传与培训;从评教结果来看,评教结果对学生与对教师的反馈信息不对称。针对上述问题,建议科学制定指标体系、重视管理评教过程、合理运用评教结果,提高教学质量。
[Abstract]:According to the principle of random sampling investigation, 270 students in X vocational colleges were investigated with effective questionnaires. A series of empirical research conclusions were drawn from four aspects: the current situation of students' evaluation of teaching, the index of students' evaluation of teaching, the process of students' evaluation of teaching, and the result of students' evaluation of teaching. The study found that, from the perspective of evaluation indicators, the design body of index system is single, the reading of index language is difficult to understand; from the perspective of teaching evaluation process, there are crowd psychology and lack of publicity and training; from the evaluation of teaching results, The feedback information between students and teachers is asymmetric. In view of the above problems, it is suggested that the index system should be formulated scientifically, the process of teaching evaluation should be managed, the results of teaching evaluation should be used reasonably, and the teaching quality should be improved.
